She watched as Trent hit the ground with a loud thud, "Trent!" She stared into the new wolf's eyes, they were dark and mysterious. "Ruined your chance for what!? Taking her away from us!?" She started to feel more scared and eventually she started to cry she turned to Roger waiting for him to do something. 'Please help me' she whimpered.

Lexie kept running and running, until she couldn't take it any longer. She leaned against a tree, and kept crying her eyes out. It wasn't anybody's fault but his. She had risked his life to save Trent, and we see where that got them today. It wasn't fair that it happened. She never meant for it to become.

Roger growled louder at Lexi, and stood taller, but failing as tears kept coming. "I've never had pups before, okay?" He began. He sighed, hanging his head down. He had meant it, but now that this happened, they'll never let him.

Bailey stopped eating, to look up at his owner. He tilted his head curiously, as if to tell her he wasn't sure what he meant. He couldn't let her find out about the wolves. Never. He barked, and carried on with his eating. He heard the door knob click, only to realize that it was his second owner.

She saw Trent lay down, he looked dizzy, she wanted to help him but she was trapped in the new wolf's stare. "So you want Lexie because you have never had pups? You made us think you were some criminal trying to kill us and now you just want her to have pups?" She started to get aggravated with this new wolf. "You haven't even told us what your name is or where your even from yet and you expect her to just run off with you?" She looked back at Trent, she needed to tell him, she wanted to tell him right now but that was impossible. Every time she even got close to telling him, something would happen. All the built up anger and frustrations somehow gave her the courage to knock this new wolf off of her and on his back, she was scared he would do something to her, she waited there preparing for the what would happen next. She knew he probably didn't hear her but it was true. She then looked back at this strange wolf with glaring eyes, she would probably die out here but she didn't care.

Lexie knew she had to find shelter. She ran and found another small cave, and squeezed in it. It was warm and cozy, and could shelter her over night. She missed him. Nobody knew who he was though. And hopefully they wouldn't question it. If they did, she'd have to let them know the truth.

Lexi was confused, she didn't know what to think. He liked them? Then why did he threaten them? Whatever he meant had to wait. Her eyes went big when he said, "It's the same feeling you have for him." She didn't want Trent to know now, she didn't want him to know at all. Did Lexie tell this wolf? Nah, she couldn't have, she promised not to tell anybody. She looked at Trent, he looked like he felt so happy, but she didn't feel that way. She wanted to run away just like Lexie did, she tried to hold the tears in here eyes back but it was no use, he knew now. A few tears went down her face before she wiped them away and said, "What's your name anyway? And there is no way Loki will let you and Lexie take over, he is too small brained and brainwashed by his power and glory. I don't even know what happened in their past to even explain why."

Lexie quickly had rested her head on her paws, and fallen into a sleep. She was even more so tired than how she actually felt. She dreamt about the past. The one that she grew up in. She regretted everything. Something gave her the feeling, that she always would.

"The name's Roger. And do you really think I'm deaf, dumb, and blind? I realize alpha's don't step down. I never would. I'm going to earn it the way you have to. Trent had blocked Roger out of his thoughts, and was just focused on Lexi. His smile fell, once she didn't give him one back. Roger must've just been lying to him. He figured Lexi didn't like him at all. He stood up, and decided to go search for his aunt. Without another word, he left the cave, and disappeared into the dark and rainy night.
