Hearing Ghost's command and Duke's howl, Castle settled down next to Ghost, Nadie, and Talon. She sat, hips straight, paws crossed lightly. She licked her nose twice in anticipation and anxiety. By midday, the sun was high and clear. The snow was melting, and drip-drops could be heard from anywhere in the forest. Everyone knew snow would come again. A slight wind blew and Castle lifted up her nose. She sensed it would probably snow again tonight. Snapping out of her weather-forecasting, she gently touched her nose to her mate's and smiled.

Stretching out on a rock, Dutch acted relaxed. Really, he was quite attentive for the slightest movement. He was a scout, so he was on border patrol. There was room for one pack in this forest, and it was Hera and Noir's pack.

He heard a scream sort of thing as Sariah hit Andre with a snowball. She dragged him out by his scruff and set him in front of Lance. Lance smirked, "Well, well well, lookie, what we have here." Sariah nodded, "Quite a clever one indeed." She slugged him on his leg.

Sariah threw as many as she could at Lance, but she was less experienced. She took heavy fire, but nailed him with a pawful of good ones. Her ears flicked up at the sound of rustling, but lots of animals roamed in the morning so she ignored it. That is until a snowball came hurdling over and hit Lance on the back. He fell in the snow, and she was sure who did it, "Andre." She dashed behind a nearby berry bush and pounded him with a snowball, then dragged him by the scruff, through the snow, over to Lance. Lance smirked, "Well, well, well, lookie what we have hear." Sariah nodded and looked down at Andre's face, "Quite a clever one indeed." She slugged him in the leg, if she had to pick one of her siblings to hang out with it would be him. She didn't mind Rain or Maddi, but she felt Andre was more her speed.

Rosetta noticed Sins face when she said that and she blushed lightly. She continued to walk until they reached about 10 feet away from the alphas. "We have a little bit of time, I mean not everyone is even here yet we could sit and- I dont know talk. Yknow you want to, we both know I saw the expression on your face when I said you were happy to have alone time with me. Even if Ghost can still see us" She raised her paw, waved, and screeched "HI GHOOOOOOOST- but yknow its still alone" She smiled and plopped herself in front of him so he couldn't walk past her "Pleeeeeeeaseeeee" She put her face really close to his, and there they were almost nose to nose again, hoping it would work. "Just until a couple more people arrive?" she gave him puppy eyes and flicked her tail sadly.

The same old thing the loner though to herself. You follow the “leaders” orders like a brainwashed zombie. Nadie remembers now why she left her previous pack. However she didn’t sit down like the others, no instead she stood next to Castle like a statue. ” what’s happening, Castle?” she coldly questioned shifting her paws from the slushy snow. This entire situation was quite uncomfortable for the young wolf. All of this is bringing back memories of when she was in a pack of her own. Nadie is also realizing that this war is a serious situation, and that she might not make it, or someone she knows will not make it.
