"Hang on let me check," Kai jumped up about ten feet on a tree when Anaya skidded to a halt in the snow. He squinted to see their den a ways away, "It's about a quarter of a mile, make sure to stay close so I don't lose you." Anaya walked close to his side as he still held the thyme in his mouth and trudged through the blizzard, "So much for a nice day."

She then spotted and heard Ghost and another wolf who was in the cave, luckily it wasn’t Rosetta who Ghost was going at. However he was still growling at some stranger?

She didn't exactly need to make foes when she was new to this land, so she tried again. "Okay, I'm Castle. A rogue, new to this area." Castle wasn't sure exactly what this gathering was - not quite like a pack, it didn't seem. More like a family, though it could be a newly-started pack. Castle held herself in a neutral stance - she wouldn't submit, but she didn't want a fight. They'd beat her for sure.

Castle shook her head in disbelief. She ignored the fae's words, as they were irrelevant to her. "How come that wolves are known for their aggression and fights, when all of that is from packs? All the violence. You can trust yourself, and that's all. Everyone else is a wild card. I know that first hand." She met each wolf's eyes to show them her point. "Every wolf has alpha potential; we aren't meant to bow down and idolize a wolf just as ordinary as we are. We've betrayed ourselves, our solitary mission as wolves." She felt her own sturdy weight in her paws. How nice it would be to have a safe place to sleep and constant food, but for the price of your life? Castle wasn't sure. She wasn't sure at all.
