‣ kei chuckled lightly, enjoying river's spirit. "i'd hope, i'm in the mood to eat crimson dog for breakfast." she chuckled as she trotted beside the border collie. her nose was constantly surveying for anything that was out of the ordinary. she smelt come cats that would make a nice meal, but she didn't want to be distracted from her task. many scents were washed away in the rain, but her powerful nose could still pick things up. she instantly froze when she heard buck howl in the distance. "that was buck, something's wrong," she gasped. "come on, river!" she said as she whipped around, sprinting towards the direction of her alpha.

‣ genesis' heartbeat stopped upon hearing the voice of the one and only fantasia. she finally got to meet her, and the odds of her making it out alive have plummeted. she heard buck calling for her. her stress elevated; she was going to be saved! should she answer? no, then they would think she called backup and then kill her. "just let me go back to my pack, i won't tell them anything." she stammered as she slowly scooted backwards towards an opening.

‣ cadiz smiled and his thin tail swayed lightly. "ah yes i--" he stopped when he saw rawhide covered in mud. "rawhide! clean yourself up, you'll get sick." he scolded as he trotted forward. he let out a sigh and he then placed the squirrel on the ground. "i caught you this, eat up." he sighed as he looked over at ruca and shot her a gentle smile.

‣ rawhide hung his head. "sorry, caddy." he frowned. caddy was cadiz' nickname, rawhide had a habit of nicknaming his packmates. cadiz would snap at any other dog who wanted to call him caddy, but he would never do such a thing to rawhide. rawhide's tail wagged as he pounced on the squirrel, immediately ripping away at it's fur.
