"We all know what they do to us if they catch us but sheep sometimes break free." She said as she nudged Kayla's shoulder. "It's nothing to worry about. The pack is hungry and it would be crazy to pass this up as we don't need anyone dying from hunger." Leaning down, she grabbed the sheep's lower half to help Kayla carry it back to camp as it was a little heavy.

Bursting out of the den, she looked around wildly. "My pups are gone! I can't find them anywhere!" She was frantic and she was looking into every den that she could but her pups were no where in sight. "Where could they have gone!? They might get hurt or killed out there! The cougar might not be dead!"

Ear twitching at Athena's voice, she swiftly exited the den and darted over to her. "Gone? But where would they go?" She went into the den, trying to move to the back and see if they were possibly hiding. It was a tight squeeze and that's when she noticed the small tunnel. "They dug in the den! They must have made a tunnel that leads somewhere but it's too small for me to go through it."

Instantly on his paws at hearing his pups were gone, he rushed over to Athena's side. "Don't worry, we will find them. They couldn't have gone too far. Those two are smart enough to avoid danger." He began to sniff around, trying to find a scent trail.

"Sage can we take a break? My leg hurts!" The small pup had to stop and he flopped down on his side. His back leg was aching and he was clearly slowing down as he limped. Panting, he was tired from climbing and they weren't even halfway up the mountain. It was a really tall mountain though.

"Alright, for now." She said as she sat down to wait for her brother. She knew his leg was acting up and that he needed the break. Otherwise, they would move a lot slower and he would complain the whole time. It was hot so she nudged him enough for him to move into a shady spot with her.

Kayla shrugs, still feeling a little uneasy at how easy this was without any sign of the farmer. "Okay." she said with uncertainty. She picks up the upper half of the sheep and carries it with Sierra back to the pack, hoping this will please Cannon.

Finally making it back to camp, she felt relieved and dropped the end that she was holding. "Finally made it back.....what's going on?" She noticed Athena rushing around while Cannon was talking to Battle with a worried look on his face. "What did we miss?"

Astral said nothing but stood by Ivy's side. She couldn't even begin to imagine how Ivy felt right now. Only wanting to help, she decided she would stay by Ivy's side unless she needed space or something along those line.

Turning to the female, he let out a soft whine. "My pups are missing! They are nowhere in camp and we are having a hard time finding a scent trail." His eyes were clouded with worry and concern, his ears slicked back against his head. He wanted to run off to find them but he couldn't leave camp with a cougar around. What if the big cat got them?

"Kayla will you come with me to try and find a scent trail? You are a hunter so you are pretty skilled in tracking. I can make sure to watch for danger while you try to find a trail." He offered as they needed to find the two quickly before nightfall.

Scout/Male/2 years old/Crush:Open/Tags:Lots of pups

Looking down at the small pups, he carefully curled around them to keep them warm. He was worried as he had no experience in being a parent. He was sure one of the other mothers could nurse the pups. "I'll make sure nothing happens to any of you," he said softly, hoping he could do a good job.

The small pup let out a small yawn as he tried to snuggle closer to the warm body. It didn't smell like his mother but he simply cuddled closer as the warm fur was comforting. It was nice to be warm and surrounded by his siblings as well.

"My pups! Where are my pups?" She was clearly distraught as she was desperately looking for them. Whining, she tried to find any sign to let her know where they went. Off in the distance, some dark clouds were slowly rolling in.

Kayla hears Cannon explain that his pups are gone, feeling heartbroken for the male to lose his family. "Im very sorry to hear that Cannon." she said. Hearing Battle offer to find them and asking her to find the trail, she nods. "Of course!" she said, turning back to face Cannon. "Dont worry Cannon," she said, feeling confident. "Battle and I will find them."

the young pup had woke up and she looked at Thorn with wide eyes, she made a questioning squeak trying to talk, she wondered where her mother was but didn’t ponder on it for long, she added a sharp but not loud yip once again trying to say something, she wagged her still rather short tail.

Moon

the young scout trotted along the edge of the territory sniffing the borders, he touched up a few scent markings here and there before returning to camp at a relaxed trot, he then lay in the centre of camp mildly aware of a few things happening but not much caring.

Shadow

the small black pup lay in the camp not doing much, she briefly wondered for a moment on the disappearance of two of the other pups and the arrival of a few more but her attention quickly switched to a small yellow butterfly, she felt too warm to chase it but it was pretty to watch it flutter about.

Raven

the lead guard watched silently from the camp entrance, he squinted his eyes against the hot sun that made it harder to see, Raven kneaded the ground with his large paws, he was worried about Cannon’s pups and the new ones that arrived, he felt a strong urge to protect them and the rest of his packmates.
