The year was 2020 when the Bureau of Land Management decided it would be best to sterilize most of the mustang population across America. They used a certain chemical which was prevent mares and stallions from breeding for five years max. Well, the chemical sterilized these mustangs until the day they died. The population of America's symbol of true freedom was declared vitally endangered within the next ten years. After forty years, the government decided to rekindle the mustang herds. Taking horses from those who offered them, the Bureau initialized "Project Proliferation". Introducing these tame horses into the wild was sure to take the mustangs off of the endangered list.

→ ( ★ this is a realistic roleplay, please keep heights around average for the breed you are using for characters. if you're not sure, do research or ask evixtus.

→ ( ★ this is a semi-literate roleplay, which means 3 to 5 sentences for each character. writer's block is understandable, but please do your best to keep up with the requirements.

→ ( ★ three strikes and you're out. luckily you get two warnings before each strike, don't take this lightly.

→ ( ★ have as many characters as you can handle, just don't overload yourself. if a character has been inactive for quite awhile, they will be removed with a warning beforehand.

→ ( ★ since mustangs are nearly extinct in this roleplay, let's assume there's 350 max left in America, and these numbers are dropping. each person gets a limit of three mustangs, no more. all others must've been previously tamed.

→ ( ★ no previously tamed horses allowed under the age of three years. tamed mares can come in pregnant.

→ ( ★ make more mares than stallions. obviously this is herd-based.

→ ( ★ lead mare's aren't the stallions favorite. they're the ones who can keep the herd alive better than others.

→ ( ★ fights will not be dueled out. instead, there will be a coin flipped for the winner, if the stallions are within four years of each other. any fights with a bigger age gap than four, the older stud will automatically be the winner.

→ ( ★ i have the right to deny any person from joining this roleplay. your forums don't need to be fancy, I'd just like the basics. If you're bringing in a tamed horse, please do a basic background of where they came from.

→ ( ★ no power-playing or god-modding. this means taking control of another's character, not giving the other roleplayer a chance to respond to an attack, or saying your character didn't get hurt in a fight. also, no killing off other's characters unless spoken of before hand, and alerting evixtus of this decision.

→ ( ★ no perfect characters. i think you're all smart enough to know what this means.

→ ( ★ horses are naturally flight animals. they will not attack a pack of wolves, they will run. stallions may lag to attempt to fend off predators, but will not engage in a fight with them.

→ ( ★ always fade or time-skip while breeding. taking this description to PM isn't allowed either--due to the website rules. so, just be smart and don't.

→ ( ★ two sets of twins each year. if you had twins the previous year, you can't have twins the next. i'll go through the list of roleplayers before letting you have another set unless somebody doesn't want twins.
