"Good." He nodded and then turned back to the trail. "Any idea where this leads?"

"Let's think. We are heading down a mysterious trail in the woods to God-knows where." He looked at her, trying to stop himself from smiling. "We've becone Hansel and Gretel."

Zoe laughed, "Well we're prepared, and hey, I actually feel like some gingerbread right now," she grinned.

"Maybe we could get some later. Or make em." He gently patted Thunderbolt's head with him uninjured arm, then leaned over to pat Snowflake's.

Snowflake nickered happily. Zoe smiled, "That'd be fun!"

"If there's one thing Brooke's good at, it's makin' gingetbread." He smiled. He looked straight foward. "So, still no idea where we're going?" He turned to her questioningly.

Zoe sniffed the air, "I think its the beach, it smells like salt water anyways,"

"That's... Weird?" He sniffed the air. "But... It does. What's up with that?"

Snowflake gave a happy nicker, recognizing the smell. "I think it does lead to the beach."
