The white female watched as Kodlak through back his head and howled to the pack, informing them he'd taken a mate. "Wonderful, should we head back? Or were you wanting to stay out here longer?" she asked him slightly curiosity on her tongue. A memory flashed across the females eyes, the expression on her face fell, her jaw slide open. She could see lush green fields, a stream. As soon as the small fragmented memory had come, it had also left. Shaking her head slightly the female closed her mouth and lowered her ears, 'what the heck was that...' she thought silently as she gritted her teeth. It'd been a year if not more since the accident, why was she having clues come to her now?

Perking his ears to the howl from his alpha, the message it brought surprised the male a bit, 'Kodlak took a mate? Interesting' he thought, curious to who he took as his mate. Glancing around he realized Yuki wasn't there, 'Ah, even stranger...' his silent conversation with himself was broken as Clancy spoke to him, "Ah, yes." He said simply as he stood up to accompany the female. There was a deer brought back to camp earlier, Yuki managed to find a rabbit, what a rare food source that was.. and Kodlak had a little tango with a bear which was now a great food source. "Let's go." He said as he started walking ahead of her.

He nuzzled Yukis neck softly, his ears pinning back. "Come on, lets just go back to camp and rest.' He said softly and turned.

He walked with her back to camp, then into his den. He lie down towards the back of his den, where the reek of death would deter the pack members from disturbing him. He had grown so used to the smell that it gave him comfort and made him feel at home.
