Maybe she was paranoid. AFter all she got very little sleep. SHe shook the smell off of her mind and continued.

As she was about to take a bite of her rabbit, Ayana's ears perked to his liking of her name, "Oh, why thank you." she didn't expect him to compliment her name. "Your's is rather nice too, it's unique." She said before taking a small bite out of the rabbit. The meat was now cold but that didn't make it any less enjoyable. Licking the blood of her muzzle she flicked her ears back towards Azrael, "Really? I'm surprised, you live so close to the pack borders I figured you'd conversed with others much sooner than that." She said as she watched him lap up the cool water, before taking another bite out of her meal.
