Askari looked to Chaos, grateful for her leading Bailey away. This may get ugly, and Askari didn't want Bailey getting in the middle of it. Once Bailey was safe, Askari turned back to the unfamiliar wolf. She wasn't giving up, so Askari was going to have to use force. He lunged at her, attempting to push her to the ground. He snapped at her, aiming for the face.

Sakuya was hoping this wouldn't end in a fight, and that these wolves would leave if she stood her ground, but she wasn't so lucky. Sakuya was shoved to the ground, she could feel Askari's teeth snap against her cheek. She wriggled out of his grasp and stood. "The deer is yours. Not like there's much left anyways." She growled, before bolting. She didn't wanted to risk injury over a bit of meat.

Askari didn't expect the other wolf to flee, but he was glad that she did, for now the deer was their's. He watched the wolf until she was out of sight, then turned to where Chaos and Bailey were. "It's safe, you can eat." He said, looking to the deer corpse. There wasn't much left meat on it, the previous wolf and possibly other animals have already gotten to it. The meat left should be enough to fill Bailey's stomach, but Askari and Chaos may have to hunt later, or get lucky and find another carcass.

Once she was far away enough from the other wolves, Sakuya slowed to a trot. She licked her maw, getting rid of the blood leftover from her meal. She was irritated that those wolves took the deer from her. She was able to eat some before those wolves appeared, but she was still hungry. She sniffed the ground, trying to pick up any scents of prey.

Bailey

The hungry little pup giggled, running towards the carcass as she dug in, her little body shaking as she ate. Her tail was wagging rapidly, as she finished her meal. She excitedly nuzzled Askari, "Thank you!" She giggled as she then bound off to Chaos,
to thank her as well.

Askari watched Bailey eat, finding it amusing that her entire body was literally shaking from happiness and excitement. Once she was done, he approached the deer himself and began to pull of strips of meat, gulping it down eagerly. He hadn't realized how hungry he truly was until he started eating. He made sure to leave some for Chaos, though he wasn't sure why. It wasn't like him to be sharing with a wolf that he hardly new, as Askari wasn't fond of strangers.

Chaos was surprised at how easy it was to win the carcass. It was meagre, but it would fill Bailey, which was the most important thing. She nods her head at Askari in thanks before tearing at the carcass. "Did you enjoy that, Bailey?" She laughs, the pup seemingly re-energized after the meal. Chaos swiftly finishes her meal before sitting up and letting out a yawn. "That wasn't the most satisfying meal I've had," She says, grinning. "Shall we go hunt for something else? Maybe we can teach Bailey some skills and how to successfully take down larger prey?"

She giggled and nodded, "Yeah! Let's go on a real hunt!" She said, jumping around the two. "I wanna take down a whole herd of deer!" She exclaimed, her face full of excitement.

"All right." Askari said simply, looking down to Bailey who was hopping around excitedly. "A whole herd of deer would be difficult. Let's just stick to one." He said. Even just hunting down a single deer was difficult, especially for a single wolf. Though now he had Chaos with him, so the chance of taking down a deer was higher.

Chaos observes the pup with an amused look. "If we hunted all the deer at once there wouldn't be any food left!" She laughs, getting to her paws. "Shall we go find some deer?" Her gaze briefly skims over the male. He seemed to show aggression when she first approached but now he seemed to be a little more comfortable with her presence. He even left her some food, which Chaos was not expecting.
