You're a normal dog. Your owner loves you very much. So much, in fact, that they take you to the Coyote View Dog Park nearly every day. This park is a huge piece of land about 50 acres with a fence going all around it. But to the dogs, it's the wilderness. This park has a lake, hills, trees, and park benches for the humans. To their owners, they're having fun and everything is going well. And, well, it is....Or is it?

In this Role Play, you play the dogs in this story. The start of a new day will be signaled by:

Personality: Despite Arrow's breed being known for their aggression, he is extremely friendly and playful. He loves meeting dogs at the park, and he enjoys running through the woods.
Back-story: Arrow was originally born to be in a dog fight, but police found the owners of the dog fights and arrested them. All the dogs there were taken to a local animal shelter. Arrow's owner came looking for a purebred pitbull, and found the young dog. He filled out the papers and the very next day, off they went. His owner is very strict about the rules Arrow must follow, and he trains him to be an agility dog. Arrow loves to do agility, and play outside.

Personality: Aria is a very indepentant dog. She enjoys wandering the 'wilderness' alone, and enjoying the feeling of being wild. Despite being independent, Aria is fine with having a good friend to wander around with. The one thing she hates is a dog that talks to much. Aria is very quiet, and she dislikes answering a lot of questions or talking too much.
Back-story: Aria's owner adopted her when she was a pup in a pet adoption center. Aria was the only female dog in the litter, and she was playing on her own. Her owner saw her and immediately fell in love with her. She taught Aria all she needed to know, such as not chewing on furniture and not eating food off the table. She now is a well mannered dog who loves the park.

Back-story: Icarus was trained as a military K9 unit in the Czech Republic. He was at the top of his class, and worked with a man named Eugen Novotny. However, disaster struck when Eugen was diagnosed with cancer, and later passed away. His distraught wife, Anuska, moved to America with Icarus a few months later to start a new life. After his master passed, Icarus withdrew to his bed and slept most most days, refusing to eat. Anuska grew worried for Icarus's health, and took him to a veterinarian who suggested letting him socialize with other dogs as a way to heal, as it would not only be beneficial to Icarus, but Anuska too.

Back-story: Gale was born to abusive owners, who tried to shape him into a pit-fighting dog, using means such as neglect and physical abuse. He was rescued by the local authorities, who took him to the pound where he would spend the next four years of his life. He was adopted nearly forty-three times, his longest adoption being three weeks. The workers dubbed him "Nightingale, the Nightmare" because of this. However, the owner of the pound named Liam Greene took pity on Gale, adopting him. Gale, just like he expected, was a nightmare to own. But Liam persisted, eventually deciding that training and socializing Gale would be the best option.
