Ourea was lazily spread out along a low tree branch, yet she didn't feel like sleeping, she just watched a few humans play fetch with their ugly dogs. She sighed and began to groom her fluffy legs and paws, her honey colored orbs still observing the park, her eye's slide past three cat like figures and she quickly darts back to them, "Hm, i think we may have company." She said aloud to ensure Bethanie heard who was leaping around after a bird in the tree. She kept her laying position because if they'd want to fight they'd have to get up in the tree first. "I hope they're friendly!"Bethanie meows, landing in front of her on the branch. "To be honest, me too. I'm not in the mood." She meowed back, patiently waiting for the cats arrival.

As she leaped from branch to branch attempting to catch a small songbird, her paw missed it's destination. Bethanie was hanging from her two sets of claws, strength wasn't exactly her thing but she managed to pull herself up, unfortunately losing the snack in the process. She licked her maw and carefully leaped to a lower branch towards Ourea, her eye's widened when Ourea spoke, she paused for a moment. "I hope they're friendly!" She replied whilst jumping down to the branch Ourea was laying on. She sat and faced the direction of the three cat's, intently observing them, "Probably scouts, coming to investigate." Bethanie sighed and began to groom herself.

Tux was the first of the group to talk. "Hey... Umm.. Why are you on azure territory?" He said, sounding a little snappy. He didn't mean to sound rude, but at the same time they were on his colony's territory. "Oh sorry. I don't want to be mean. I uhh..." He said awkwardly. He trailed off, hoping one of the other cats would take over for him

morning sun glistening on the tom's light-grey pelt, he leapt upon a box,
his leaf-green gaze scouring for outsiders, or possibly food. seeing nothing,
he jumped down and, rather hungrily, leapt into a trash can, digging in to
anything he could see.

with a flick of his tail, hakan turned his head to see a cat through the windowsill,
sitting in the house. something about the cat interested him, and he
knew he probably wouldn't see them again any time soon, or he'd just
be too shy. "i'm going to walk around here. i'll catch you guys later."
haka purred, turning tail and padding slowly around the house. he
knew it was risky if he got caught since he never had fought a cat
once in his life, so he crouched along the overgrown brush as he
made his way towards the inside of the house. he jumped into a
low window, hiding under a table before he spotted the cat.

for food. i haven't eaten in a while, so i came here. then the next day,
i'll be enjoying the scenery and relaxing." she chirped, smiling happily.

Dusk crouched down low, eyes narrowed as she watched the small rodent scurry about. With a leap, she sprung up at the trash bin and caught the mouse in her claws, and with a quick blow, ended its life.

With a sigh, Whisper listend to Tux’s attempt at a greeting. “Why are you here? Don’t you know that this is Azure Colony territory?” She said cooly.

Creek snickered and batted back at him, tail swishing back and fourth in amusement. “Come on, let’s get some food before the greedy humans take all of it...even though technically it is theirs.”

Purring, Grasshopper curled up against her mother once more, snuggled next to her siblings.

Ourea's long ears flickered to the tom's anxious greeting, she rolled her eye's whilst stretching out her long slim, masculine body. Her honey colored orbs met his, then the molly's beside him. She shook off the few leaves that fell onto her back, then gracefully leaping down the branch onto the picnic table, she paused for a moment to observe them closely. Her eye's focused on the more confident molly, she glared at her for a moment before sighing and looking away. "We were well aware of who's territory this is, as you probably.. Might know, food is becoming scarce throughout the city and we were just picking up a snack, this park reeks of rodents so it was the perfect opportunity, i hope you don't mind." She explained, sounding rather sarcastic at the end.

Bethanie

Bethanie watched as the three cats approached, when the tom spoke he sounded rather nervous, a smile appeared across her maw as she watched Ourea leap down onto a picnic table to confront them. The stranger molly spoke and Bethanie listened intently to the words exchanged, she continued to groom her dense silky fur as she watched the confrontation.

Flower hears a voice and realizes that Ebony has walked over to her and spoke to her, her heart pounding harder. "Hello Ebony!" she said. "I am doing good so far! How about yourself?"

Mountain finished her meal and started to groom her chest. She licked her paw and drew it over her face, getting rid of the salt residue on her whiskers. She got up, tail swishing slowly in content. She walked away from the mess still on the ground,
padding through the city streets. She prayed that there would be another cat she could start a fight with - Mountain itched to rip her claws through a pelt. She unsheathed her claws and flexed them, eyes narrow against the constant flow of humans. Some tried to touch her or talk to her, but she ignored them and walked faster. She turned into a long alleyway, the buzzing of humans fading. She padded into her “home” - a cardboard box - and curled up. This was how her life went. Wake up, find food, go back home to sleep.
Occasionally, she could chase a pigeon or rat. She even saw another cat once. She stared up at the ceiling of the box, her mind in another universe.

Whisky ducked down as Creek batted back at him, but her paws swiped across his ears. He chuckled, straightening back up as he padded forward. "Alright, let's pick out the least crowded-looking place. I don't feel like dealing with a ton of humans today."

Specter currently sat on top of the concrete bridge, where, underneath the colony's camp sits. Underneath, he could hear the other cats stirring, but didn't feel compelled to greet any of them. Instead, he sat by himself, watching the fast-moving world around him as he quietly groomed out his long white coat.

Blossom had an early start to her day, quietly padding out of the colony's camp and carefully making her way across the territory, making sure to avoid heavily human-populated areas. She found an area with a line of trash cans, and immediately scented the air, catching onto the smell of a rat. She could hear the soft squeaks, too. Walking with light footfalls, she searched the area for the rodent.

Rosa noticed the nervous way Tux spoke, and as Ourea approached the trio, Rosa felt the urge to step forward, putting herself in front of Whisper and Tux. She was far better at hunting than she was at fighting, but she wouldn't let these strangers believe she, or her colony, was weak. "There are other parts of this park that don't belong to Azure Colony- go there." She says with a low growl, but kept her claws sheathed.

Ebony offered a gentle smile as she explained how she was feeling. "I'm doing fine. A little tired, but perhaps when I start getting to work, I'll wake up some." His light blue eyes settled on the empty spot next to Flower. "Would you mind if I sat next to you?"

As Marble lay in the sun, she eventually noticed the smell of an unfamiliar cat nearby. At first, she ignored it, but after putting some thought into her situation, she realized that there was potential danger. She rolled back onto her stomach, pushing herself to her paws. "Who's there?" She meowed loudly, sounding more curious than hostile, as her eyes scanned the kitchen in search for the other cat.

Shere Khan prowled along the edges of his territory, making sure that no curious cat has made their way into his territory. He carefully scented the air, listened closely, and kept an eye on his surroundings at all time. If any cat happened to step foot into his land, it would be certain that they'd pay for it.

Howl shrugged his shoulder. "Alright, suit yourself." He sat down casually, trying to groom out the rather gross stench of trash from his pelt. He made a note to go to the park later and roll in some plants. He glanced back up at the other tom as he asked whether or not he was from the nearby colony. "Nope, I'm just a simple wanderer. You're free to go about as you please."

"Alright, be careful, Hakan!" Darling called after the tom as he padded off, then looked back to Dolly, nodding her head in response. "We'll just need to keep an eye out for those Azure Colony cats." She commented as she walked forward with confidence, but still remained cautious of her surroundings.

Flower turns to see that there is indeed an empty spot next to her and she turns back to give Ebony a nod, her heart still pounding. "Of course!" she said. "Go ahead!"

Creek purred. “Yeah. It would ruin my morning if I got taken away by a human.” Getting to her paws, the molly walked around the side of the building, the intoxicating scents of the human food tickling her nose.
