Silver shook her head, sending the banana peel flying, and flicked her tail, embarrassed. She glared at Songaa, expecting the tom to roll his eyes, but stopped short at his dumb smile. Silver forced her flash of anger away, and smiled back. The molly moved a few articles of garbage around, finding the food Songaa was talking about. "You're wrong about me not being graceful, but you were right about the food. At least you're right about something. " The molly cast a sly grin at the smoky colony leader.

Sugar

Sugar swiveled her ears as she scented a mouse. She glanced at Veena and Jasper, then crouched down. The molly moved forward silently until she spotted the mouse, and pounced. It let out a loud squeal before she could cut it off. Sugar cursed under her breath as she returned to the other two cats.

Shrew

Shrew didn't immediately snuggle into his mother when she arrived, unlike his sister. Instead, the tabby kitten continued staring at the black tom. "Who are you?" He repeated his question from earlier, still overpronunciating the words.

Lipur ran through the forest, testing his endurance. So far he was better at short distance running, which was good for escaping twolegs and their dogs, but no good for stray dogs or hostile cats. And especially bad for foxes or badgers. The grey tabby tom leaped over an exposed root, landing gracefully on the other side. He continued speeding along until he was completely out of breath, and began stumbling over sticks. Lipur skidded to a stop, breathing hard.

Not waiting much longer, Harley took a small bite out of the hot dog before picking it back up and continuing on towards the camp. She jumped at the sound of a dog barking, luckily he was on a leash, but just to make sure that leash didn't break or fall loose, she ran off, finding her way to the abandoned house her colony resides in. Trotting along the outside of the house, she found her window and crawled in. She glanced around at the various cats in there before settling down in the corner to eat the rest of her hot dog.

Evander was curled up, listening to the white noise of the traffic above the camp. He was relaxed for the most part but still left a little on edge from his scavenging that he did earlier, as it always did. He had to weave through a bunch of humans and dodge a bunch of cars, and it was very hectic at that time, or all the time, really. He did eventually find something to eat, from a dumpster in one of the many alleyways that were scattered throughout this district. After making it back to camp, mentally exhausted, he filled his belly and then decided to relax for most of the day after that, at least until he was needed for something.

Veena - 2y, 8m - Azure Colony - Molly - Tags; Jasper, Sugar

Veena watched Sugar as she obviously smelt some kind of prey. When Veena opened her mouth, she found out it was a mouse. She wasn't that good at hunting, it was usually Jasper who caught something when they went out, she always managed to scare her prey away. When Sugar came back to them with a mouse dangling from her mouth, Veena felt the slightest bit of envy, but looked away, acting like she didn't see it or care.

Jasper scented the mouse, but Sugar was way ahead of him. He made sure to stay silent so that the mouse wouldn't run away and she could catch it. He glanced at his sister, noticing her doing the same, feeling grateful that she was kind of being nice for a while. He heard the squeak from the mouse but it was quickly cut off by Sugar, "Nice catch!" he mewed, smiling.

Sage sneezed, as she has been all day. She could be coming down with something, which slightly worried her, but she didn't delve in it too much. She was sitting with her tail curled around her as she licked her paw and brushed it over her head. She enjoyed her time here very much; the food was delicious, and one human was even nice enough to give her some leftovers of their food. Of course, she did a bit of begging to get it, but that doesn't matter. She had leftovers of her own now, and she left it next to her if anyone of the colony needed any.

"It may be different than other ways of life, but colony life has its pros and cons so it could always be worse. Plus we still get plenty to eat here in the Brick Colony. Its even more enjoyable since I am living in the same colony as this one tom I have a crush on. What do you think about the colony life of cats Ebony?"
