Her patients finally snapped, and the female spoke her tone cold and the annoyance was clear. " Would you all, shut your traps! I don't care who leads as long as we are kept alive. If this fighting continues I have no problems with ripping out your throats."

Hak looked over each canine searching for their strengths and weaknesses, rolling his eyes everyone and then. Many of these pups put a nice façade. But they need to get better. He turned his black gaze to his adoptive sister before resting a paw on her shoulder, attempting to calm her.

The canine snorted and stepped back next to Hakan, casing a dark glare at Snare as he had started the argument. Kimi turned her glare to Hakan and sat down. After a few moments the lass turned to the alpha and took a deep breath, calming her anger. She licked her jaws, then curled her lips back in a silent snarl.

He bowed his head, then stepped back. Hakan sat down next to his sister, giving her a quick lick on her temple. A soft sigh left his jaws, then laid down.

And if he feeded the group of dogs, maybe they'll reconsider into being welcomed into the pack. "Very well. The current lead hunter will send out a patrol to scavenge the area for any prey. The brindled lass shook her head as she had eaten before this had happened. She didn't understand why some canines didn't think ahead. The she-dog began to walk away from the other canines, licking her jaws as she left. Kimi could not wait for her fang to tear into the throat of an enemy. Her brown eyes narrowed as she looked around, her jaws parted slightly taking the scents around her.

He glanced at the terrier then slowly spoke," I could do some hunting, with no dog to train I've been getting rather bored." Hakan stayed where he was for a few moments, before his gaze wandered to Kimi. Giving his head a shake, the lad turned and started to pad away, hoping to catch something for the younger male.

He only hunted once or twice in his life, and those occurrences were recent, so it was an entirely new concept to him, but he wanted to try it out nonetheless. Suddenly, Artemis thought of a question. "What happens if the lead hunter or scout dies? Who gives the hunters and scouts orders then?" he asked.

Kimi growled softly then called," I'm goanna go have a look around, see if I can find any stragglers." Or maybe some poor unfortunate souls that I can chew on. She glanced back at the canines near her brother, then began to trot away. The lass kept her ears perked, eyes peeled and her jaws open slightly so she could catch the scent of other strays.

The male turned his gaze to Artemis and barked," I would think that the most qualified Scout or hunter would take over as lead. If no one steps up, then normally the alpha would assign a new lead." He glanced at the Alpha," Right?" Hakan shook out his tri-colored coat, before bringing his black gaze to his sister for a few moments then looking back at Artemis and the alpha.

Aimon & Evanna had been travelling through a small town on the outskirts of the city for quite some time now, they were both hungry and tired but they were determined to soldier on towards the bush lands, to rest and attempt to make a successful hunt.
As the minutes pass by, his paws are greeted by the fine leafy texture of Bentgrass, he let out a sigh of relief, walking on stone roads is still odd to him, as he lived on a ranch with 10.5 acres and the only hard surfaces he stepped on were the gravel road leading up to the ranch and the vet. He looked behind him to ensure Evanna was still behind him, a small curve appeared upon his lower lips as he saw his sister with her head up in the clouds but it faded quickly, "She's wasting time.."He sighed, then suddenly she was staring back at him.

Evanna was staring up at the white high clouds blanketing the sky, covering the harsh burning glare of the sun, her honey colored orbs glaring back, only for a moment before looking straight ahead, only to be gazing into Aim's light amber orbs gazing back at hers. "What?" She snuffled before giving him a stern look. "You need to stop being so distracted!" He huffed as he turned his head away and picked up the pace of his trot, she looked down at the grass beneath her paws, "At least we're not in the city anymore." She sighed as she lifted her head to see if Aim had heard her, as usual he simply nodded. "Don't you think we should stop and rest?" She questioned him, "I suppose so" He looked to his left and swiftly turned his body in that direction, shortly before stopping at a log covered with moss, as she padded over to where he was lazily spread out along the the ground, she noticed the soft soil had grown moss, she smiled as she squished the moist moss under her large paws before gracefully jumping up onto the mossy log and laying herself down on it.
