higher classification known as canis, trophic level carnivorous, the ancestors to the common
companion; the dog.

otherwise known as wolves.

these creatures of such mystery, the assassin's of the shadowed forest, are now being hunted
to extinction. It came on suddenly, when human's no longed felt that the precious leopard and
mink coats weren't enough for their Lucious coats. No, they needed a feared and stunning creature,
and the wolf fit the bill perfectly. The more they were hunted, the more sought after they had
become. Now, animal rights activists are pleading to save the wolves before they die out, but
it's no use, it seems that hunters will stop at nothing to capture these wolves. A group of survivors
have managed to band together, but how long will they keep this pack life up? How long till
one of them snaps?

who knows, but all that the wolves know now is to run.

the plot ;
a bunch of wolves from different places and possibly
packs or environments meet up and form one of the
last true "big" packs. they are travelling to avoid the
chaos of the humans and their dogs who are trying to
hunt them all, and though the humans are intent on
having danger in their wake. they've been torching
any place where the wolves perviously lived in hopes
to corner them in a secluded place, and have been
using dogs to go after them to get them. the wolves
have their differences, some are getting angry and
challenging others and others are slowly making their
way alone.

the pack is led by the alpha, who has the choice the either rule
alone or rule with a mate (if they have one). The second in command is the beta they're in charge when the alpha isnt avalible. The medics are one of the most important wolves of the pack, and will heal any wounded wolves and know about healing and herbs. next is the leads who are typically top of their class in their rank, so where promoted the be leads to report to the alpha and beta. The fighters and hunters are the bulk of the pack. The fighters will participate in pack hunts but mainly just guard the pack and defend them. this goes the same for the scouts, they're used to find new shelter aswell as keep track on the dogs and hunters. The mothers are the ones who are either pregnant or have given birth to the youngest of the pack, the pups. the last of the pack is the omega, who are treated like dirt.

the eastern plains - the wolves perviously lived in the
eastern plains, but it was destroyed due to the need of
a city for humans. When in the eastern plains, many of
the wolves weren't in the same packs and were loners.

the evergreen forest - one of the prettiest places
the wolves lived, it was when the alpha started to make
a pack. They had to leave quite quickly because the
hunters were on their trail and were starting to hunt them
down. This was when some of the packs that still stayed
in the forest got disbanded and lost their packmates.

the ravenous rivers - the pack which was still forming
made its way to a series of large, violent rivers that were
hard to cross and swept away a few wolves who weren't as
sure footed as others. They knew they couldn't stay because
apart from the river's it was barren and easy to be found.

the rigle's valley - the valley was actually as great
place to live for the wolves because of the abundant food,
water and shelter, so they actually settled down their since
they thought the humans weren't on their trail any longer.
They woke up one day to burning smoke, and they knew that
their forest was being torched and burnt down, so they fled,
avoiding both bullets and flames. The alpha lost his mate to
this.

the valley peaks - when they lost the middle of the
valley, the pack was forced to escape to the peaks, which
held little to no prey most of the time and was slowly killing
off the wolves that didn't get shot down by the hunters. They
had to leave behind the peaks because of those two main
reasons, so are now fleeing to a place in the high mountains
were it's believed the humans can't get to.

now - the wolves are travelling from the peaks to a much higher grounds,
the mountains.
They've seen the mountains when they were at the peak of the valley, and now are planning on trekking to them to finally escape the hunters. But, it hasn't been easy, as every day it seems they've caught the scents of predator, whether it be bear, dog or human. Plus, natural diastures aren't in favour of them, and big storms are bound to happen soon.
The mountains are believed to be much to dangerous for humans and their dog companions to go up, but it's dangerous for the wolves too. Though, they're willing to risk it if it means that they'll finally be safe. Some are apposed to the idea and have been slowly making their own rebellion, trying to steer that pack in a different direction other than the mountains, believing if the hunters aren't killing them then the damn mountains will.

it is currently mid fall for the wolves of the fleeting pack.
Snow has not yet touched the ground, but a chance of rain is in
the midst for the pack. It is early morning and the pack is
just rising.

they are currently in a small forest with many brooks and
streams, providing them with a average amount of prey. The
pack

in total their has been zero fatalities since the roleplay
started. the pack is still being hunted down and have not
reached safety. many wolves of the pack have been killed
and the casualties will rise.
