male - fighter - no mate - camp - with Ursa - Calm, friendly
Rising with the sun wasn't often something Kodeas practiced, but this morning had woken him early for some reason. With a heavy sigh, he rolled over onto his back and stretched his great frame, feeling the sore muscles pull and warm in the chilly air. As far as he knew, there was no good reason to get up this early; even though he could hear the sounds of a waking pack coming from the enterance to his den, there wasn't anything pressing telling him to leave the warmth of his little hovel right now. However, it would be nice to simply be out amoungst the rest; just seeing the faces of his packmates did him good, despite his adverse behavior towards talk. With his mind made up, he rolled onto his belly and heaved himself upright, slowly trudging out of his den and into the brightening day.
It took a second to allow his eyes to adjust, but once he did, he saw nothing unusual. His sister was speaking with the pack's lead hunter, Dahlia, and others were milling about or striking their own coversations. When he spotted Ursa sitting by herself, he breathed a small sigh of relief; she was also a wolf of fewer words, and while sometimes it could make for akwardness, it meant there would be no useless idle chat. With a broad stride, Kodeas made his way over to her and stood a respective distance, nodding his head in greeting. "Good morning, Ursa. Would you mind if I joined you?" He winced slightly at his sleep-rough voice, already deep and gravelly from it's lack of use, but shook it off in interest of her response.

K I T
female - hunteress - no mate - camp - Dahlia - cheerful, friendly
Kit was determined to keep her day going as well as it had started. Padding through the camp on light feet with an even lighter spirit, her perked ears caught snippits of conversation and the gentle rustle of the brush and trees, which made her antsy to move as she listened to them. She didn't understand how some wolves couldn't appreciate the fresh air and crisp mornings that always came with Fall, but never found herself lacking enthusiasim when it came to them. This morning seemed like the perfect type to do something active. She slowed when she saw Dahlia sitting by himself outside the dens; he looked as though he were pondering his thoughts, and though she didn't want to bother him, she also wanted to say hello. She figured she could chance it, and trotted over to him before standing a respectful distance and bowing her head in greeting." Good Morning, Dahlia. How are you?"
