Sage flattened her ears, crushing the fur on the back of her fur for a while, hearing the lead fighter stir with agression. She darted her brown eyes over towards the canine with full attention, wondering what had made the male seem overly aware all of a suddden, but her shy personality didnt question it one bit. She wasnt the nosey type, more of the one to be there when needed. Her expression leaked a small amount of fright consiering mika had woken up so loudly and out of the blue, which of course made sage jump a little, but soon gave a gentle smile.

Her ears swiveling forwards, hearing his voice "It-Its okay, I should have said something, instead of sn-sneaking in like that." she responded with her usual - quiet and soft tone. She then twitched her nose a little "I was just wondering.. If i would be put on tonight's patrol? as I wasn't yesterday." she inquired with a stating tone that she realized it may have come across a little too rude and corrected herself quickly after "..Sorry if th-that sounds a little demanding or rude.. I dont mean to be." she then rested her head back down onto her paws, still facing mika.

Riley nodded hearing jay positively accept the time she would need to prepare the canines. Yes, she was the lead fighter, but she was somewhat worried inside and as much as she wants to try her best to fulfill her duties, but somethings just got in the way and her Brother - reggie - was one of them. She had a lot of respect towards the adoptive mother and remained quiet, simply looking at her with a soft expression.
