Albany had decided to help clean out resting area's while she had some 'free time', to get a head start on her jobs. She had done so until she though it looked nice and neat, and then saw Chogan slip off into the forest. She giggled to herself as she followed after him silently, until both he and her stopped near some water. Albany snuck up behind Chogan, and right before she knew he might smell her, she ran into Chogan, pushing him into the water, soaking him, laughing the whole time.


I am so so SO sorry i haven't been on lately, A lot of stuff have been happening around here, one of which is school is starting back up over here.)

Kubota smiled, anxious to meet with him again. Unable to rest, she lifted her feet and headed to the river where she plunged energetically into it. She paddled around, wishing Vashti were he to enjoy it with her. She knew she'd see him again, but she didn't know when. She filled her jaws with the water, gurgling it playfully before submerging herself in it. She wallowed onto the bank,
collapsing on her back. Her chest rose and fell with each breath, gasping for air. She giggled lightly, sitting up.

Another goofy grin appeared on his muzzle as he turned and sprinted off through the woods, avoiding debris in his path."Follow me!"He called after her, his tongue flailing from his open jaws. His pads gripped the hard rock as he looked out over the precipice before them. He stepped closer to the edge, lifting his head to inhale the scents flooding towards him. He threw back his head to face the she-wolf, his small ears pricked slightly.

Despite her sharp hunger, she felt uncomfortable for some reason and didn't think she could stomach it. "Nah. I'll leave it in the prey pile. I hardly did anything anyway. Thanks so much though, you really cheered me up."
She smiled, shaking her white coat sharply before turning to gaze into the woods. She gradually returned to facing him, giving him a quick lick on the nose, her ears hot with the realization of what she'd just done. Her eyes enlarged in alarm. I-I should g-go!She managed to mutter before brushing past him, her face growing hotter with each thought to what she'd done. Ugh! What was wrong with her? They just met! She crashed into her den, curling up in her moss bed, wanting to disappear. She placed her paws over her muzzle, hiding her closed eyes.

Chogan was thrust into the pond, his arms flailing for solid ground. He coughed up some water, smirking up at Albany who was dying with laughter. He waded onto the bank, giving his coat a firm shake. He pounced at her, sending both of them toppling back where he came from. Water splashed around them as he tugged at her ruff playfully. "How dare you!" He teased.

Vashti had settled onto his moss bed an hour ago, and halfway through this time he had gone into a deep, dreamless sleep. His pale grey chest rose and fell, his eyelids twitching just the slightest bit. He smiled in his sleep, as if he was thinking about something.
Suddenly, he heard a splash! nearby, like a large object crashing into water... the river! Who could it be? He had heard it, and was cautious and curious but he refused to get up, not yet. He was now in the lightest sleep possible, now aware of everything going around him, yet his eyes were still closed and you could hardly tell that his breathing rhythm had changed.

He waited for a while, thinking of whether or not he should get up to see what was happening or not. What if it was dangerous? What if there was something lurking around, ready to....
He tried not to think about it. Soon, the splashing faded and he went back into a deep sleep.

He soon awoke though, and he heard more splashing. He sat up and groaned. He decided to go and check out what was happening.
He went down to the river, and..."Kubo!" He laughed joyfully. "You came back!" And he pawed her lovingly.[/i]

She jolted upwards, hackles raised for a moment before realizing who the handsome brute in front of her was. Vashti! She whined with happiness, butting her forehead against his jaw with care. She retracted before timidly leaning forward to lick his muzzle. She laughed in amusement, ears pinned against her skull. "Ya! The pack has been slow at the moment so I got bored and thought I'd go to the river. I was hoping you'd be there but I didn't think you'd actually show up!" She squealed in a mess of words, overjoyed by the fact that she was no longer alone and that she was with Vashti again!

He couldn't help but smile from what seemed like ear to ear. Kubo was happy to see him! But it seemed like they were only good friends. He liked her. He loved her. Kubota was the kind of wolf he'd want to have pups with.

He was never really interested about having offspring. He never thought he'd get a chance to meet anyone like Kubo. But now, here she was, the most beautiful and kind and caring wolf he'd ever met. Vashti was the kindest brute she'd ever met and she felt an indestructible connection to him. She'd always wanted to have a mate. Someone to talk with and cuddle with on harsh nights. She could picture herself with him for as long as she lived. Now she was the one that was being watched. She snorted awkwardly in amusement. "So.. What next?" Kubota stifled a snort of laughter at his words, though it didn't change her opinion of him in the least. "Of course!
Not rude at all." She said kindly, her voice almost matching the happy chirps of the birds in the canopy. She turned swiftly on her paws, pivoting to avoid a collapsed tree that was blocking their path. It wasn't long before they arrived at a small den, hardly big enough for more than two wolves. Draping over the top was a tree, shockingly. Its roots had gathered dirt and created a little place for her to rest her weary limbs. She padded through the entrance, having to duck her skull to avoid knocking it on the gritty dirt above her. She was constantly worried it might collapse atop her, leaving her trapped till the life was drained from her body. She shuddered at the thought, dust cascading from her pale, thin pelage. She bent her frame into an elegant sit, as elegant as she could be with the room taken into consideration. A frown lined her muzzle. "I'm so sorry about the space! I've been meaning to find a new den but I haven't had any luck yet. I'm afraid I'll have to travel farther from the territory. This burrow is growing much too small but if I must leave..." She barked, her tone laced with sadness. I'd have to leave you." She continued in her head, a whine nearly escaping her trapped jaws.

"Oh, Kubo..." Vashti said, ducking his head as he entered the den and blushed at her sweetness. "I'd love to leave with you, I would, but whatever will happen if Matthias finds out? I don't know what he'll do to you - it'd be my fault, it would be..." he muttered softly. Then he brightened. "But where is he now?" He said, pawing the ground excitedly. "Whatever he's doing right now, it isn't keeping a close eye on... us," he let the word linger on his tongue for a moment, looking into her dazzling yellow eyes. He stepped closer to her, though being careful not to invade her privacy if that was what she wanted in this small den. He stretched his neck and licked her cheek tenderly, though still keeping his distance with his legs and body.

"Whatever Matthias is doing..." he repeated, staring at the ground and furrowing his brow. "This pack.. maybe it hasn't even got a leader! Who would care what happens to us?" He said enthusiastically, maybe taking this a little too seriously, and he looked back up at her. "I just want to go somewhere with you, Kubo," he started. "Somewhere where we aren't ruled by a wolf who won't let his tribe have pups..." No, that sounds a little too - "WOW GIVE ME SOME CHILDREN NOW, WHY DON'T YOU", his mind scolded, and he cleared his throat and took a step back. "I mean.."
