She looked up at his anxious voice. "Oh, it's nothing. I was just thinking about the rain." She told him with a smile, her cheeks stained a rosy red. She overlapped her large paws, resting her head upon them as she admired the rain with a glint in her eye. She stretched an arm out of the shelter, splashing it with drops. She dabbed his nose with it and smirked mischievously. She heaved onto her limbs and bounded into the rain, coating herself in mud.

Another goofy grin appeared on his muzzle as he turned and sprinted off through the woods, avoiding debris in his path."Follow me!"He called after her, his tongue flailing from his open jaws. His pads gripped the hard rock as he looked out over the precipice before them. He stepped closer to the edge, lifting his head to inhale the scents flooding towards him. He threw back his head to face the she-wolf, his small ears pricked slightly.

She crashed into her den, curling up in her moss bed, wanting to disappear. She placed her paws over her muzzle, hiding her closed eyes.

Chogan had begun his task of changing the moss bedding from the dens, his paws swiftly carrying him to and fro. Once finished, he glanced around with satisfaction. He longed to go to the pond, to bask in the cold water. But he was sure that Matthias had some chore for him. He hadn't been addressed just yet though, so he decided to risk it and wander off to the water. He saw the sun glaze over it, and smile with pleasure, craning his head to lap at the liquid. He shook out his thick coat, which attracted the heat due to its color.
