Blue came to a small stream, and splashed through it, the water was so shallow it barely reached up to her ankles. She got to the other side of the stream and slumped down under the shade of a willow tree.

Blue layed down on the grassy river bank. A few leaves fell from the branches above, they slowly in the breeze for a few seconds before landing on her head. She flicked her head to get rid of them, then flicked her tail as more fell along her back.

When Akaya was next to the deer she smelled the air to see if anyone was around.*I'M SO HUNGRY.* She thought while standing next to the deer, while smelling the air. When everything was fine she started to eat the deer, but she ate it slowly so she can taste the flavor alittle more.

Blue caught the scent of deer on the breeze, and stood up. She headed towards the scent and saw Akaya.

Akaya caught a scent of a wolf, she quickly moved her body to look at the wolf. She looked straight into the wolf's eyes and showed her the move back expression. Akaya pulled back her ears and stood up straight, showed her teeth and moved one step closer to the dead deer, signaling that it was hers.

Blue relaxed her body language, showing Akaya she meant no harm.

Akaya stopped showing her teeth and relaxed her body, and said to the female wolf, "I'm Akaya and you?"

"I'm Blue!" She replied

"You are the pack's Delta?, I recognized you from somewhere." Akaya questioned Blue.
