She yawned softly, enjoying the silent company.She flicked her ears, observing the scenes unfolding before her, "These young pups are such a mess." She chuckled softly, Glancing at Moon.

He laughed. "This is only one, out of many. There may be one upset mother, but it won't be enough to disturb the herd." He then snapped his head around, hackles fully raised as he heard something.

Mowanza

He could tell he was being ignored, and grew frustrated. So he growled softly, moving to stand beside her. "I know a good place to catch some fish, but it's at least a half of a day's worth of traveling. As a hunter, I know many good places for food." He held his head up, a direct insult to Cinder and her rank.

blue trotted back into camp, a squirrel swinging from her jaws. As she dropped it into the camp centre, she saw an unfamiliar wolf walking into camp. She let out a warning howl that echoed around the forest to alert the other wolves.

Stone trotted along through the forest, the patrol a little while behind him. Stopping, he took a deep breath and caught the scent of an unfamiliar wolf. The scent was headed towards camp. Just then he heard Blue's warning howl and span around to dash back to camp.

Echo spun around when she heard other wolves charging towards her. She tried to run but she tripped over a tree branch, spraining her paw.
"Ow!" She howled. She tried to get up and run but she just kept falling down.
Oh no... She thought.

Stone got to the intruder first and started to sniff all around it.

Echo stiffened as the wolf came closer to her.
Please don't hurt me... She thought with her eyes shut tight.

Blue stepped forward and watched curiously as the wolf stiffened when Stone stepped near.
"Don't attack" she snapped at her brother, who had been dropping down into a crouch.

Stone heard his sister and dropped back a little. He looked around for the alphas or beta to decide what to do.

Echo opened one eye and saw that the wolf wasn't attacking. She saw a female next to him.
"Who are you?" She asked nervously

Yoake nodded to Shard gratefully, then shook her head as she walked away. "Why have I been like this lately?" she muttered to herself. "You're in charge, you're okay." she repeated to herself. Still shaking her head angrily, she sunk down into a shady spot to rest and think.
