beast - untouched male - 8 years - tibetan mastiff - open
beast lay in the shade near the buses. his head lay on his gigantic paws. he felt his stomach growl so he got up, wandering towards the streets. he didn't know what time it was but the sun was out which meant people would be out. which meant there was going to be half eaten food in the garbages and on the streets. his favorite tactic was to go to the garbage's near restaurants to search for half eaten burgers or even extra fries.
beast kept walking until the familiar giant m came into view, nonchalantly walking near the garbage's, making sure nobody got too close to him as he lifted his front body onto the can, sticking his head inside. it smelled delicious, there was most likely a fish sandwich in there by the smell. he nosed through, finding two nuggets and half a fish sandwich. the two nuggets he ate while his head still resided in the garbage and the fish sandwich was still in the cardboard thing, why did humans do that? he dragged it out, dropping his upper body to the floor, ripping apart the cardboard, grabbing the sandwich and trotting off, his head low, getting out of sight of the humans.
beast sat in the alleyway between two buildings eating his treasure, growling slightly as he watched humans walking past him, getting slightly protective over his food, and just showing aggression so no one would try to come and pet him. it's true, young children had seen him, noticed the chain link on his neck and had attempted to pet him before, it was terrifying, their grubby little hands trying to grab at him, probably coated in saliva and melted candy. disgusting things human children were.
ramona - untouched female - 4 years - native american shepherd / native american indian dog
ramona sat in front of her humans apartment. there was a small fence that was above the stairs that led to where her apartment door was. her two humans had let her out so she could do her business on the wee wee pad outside their door because they were too busy to actually walk her. it was tough, she couldn't scour the planted trees, picking up the scents of other dogs, other humans, squirrels, there were so many scents she wanted to investigate. she could see other dogs being walked and she just watched.
ramona almost wanted to scratch at the door to eat, it was around her mealtime, but she wanted to admire the sights around her. there were new flowers growing, those cute little light grey ones(yellow to humans) that bloomed into fragile white balls that children would pick and blow the white feathery petals off of. she called them sun and moon flowers because they represented the sun at first, and later on represented the full moon. the smell of vendor food filled the air and she rested her chin on the tip of the fence.
letting out a small yawn she slowly went down two steps and laid her body across them all, resting her chin on the top step, gazing out onto the sidewalk.
