Buster sighed and licked Chloe's head, relieved she was alright, "I'm so glad your ok Klo (yay nicknames xD)." He said happily, "We can't let your father do that to you again. He could have killed you!" He lid down beside her, nuzzling into her side as if she hadn't been with him for days. "I love you, and I can't lose you because of your fathers' evil ways."

Later on, the medical dog came out. "It's going to be close," he told Blue, his voice grim, "But she's going to be okay. She's still unconscious, but you can come in and see her if you want."

Chloe looked into his eyes, and felt her heart leap when he told her he loved her. "I love you too, Buster," she murmured, and nuzzled him softly. She knew that they would have to leave their respective packs, but before she brought that up, she waited to see if Buster would ask her a certain question... (hint hint lol)

I don't wanna reveal too much because it would spoil it. But basically Haylie and Chloe are sisters, and they have a brother that's going to go on a rampage and kill lots of dogs because of a long-withheld secret.

He looked at the med dog and nodded "thank you." He said and went in and his heart broke at what he saw. Haylie laying there unmoving. He started to cry and lay behind her not wanting to leave her side.
