Max ran twords ashley and grabbed hold of her halter. He tried pulling it but he could tell he was hurting her.he didn't know how to get the halter off.he could see that smokey halter was older than ashleys. Even though he didn't like him he need the help. He galloped twords smokey and pulled on his halter. The buckle snapped as the halter broke. "Just this once "he snorted as he trotted twords ashley.

A young girl came from the woods, riding a beautiful grey and white dapple Clydesdale mare. The girls name was Katherina. She was the unusual rider, having blue hair and watching over horses in the valley. She never interfered with their natural lives but watched them at a distance, far enough away to not chase them off
