Ferox's ears tips heated and his pelt warmed from the attention. He didn't shy away, however, he slightly flinched then his expression turned stony. "I am sorry for your loss as well." He said as his claws clicked against the concrete of the roads. "Looks like we found our way to the city." His tail wagged at the thought.

Capri
Capri sighed, she enjoyed all the animals but it was just too crowded. She padded out of the cave, the very tips of wrecked building were just barely visible behind the trees. She stared, a tear rolled down her face; she refused to believe her human was dead. Her face was hot with frustration, she just wanted every thing back to normal, but it was clear that no matter how much she wanted it, it would never be the same.
