the ranch owner was hanging out in the meadow with Echo when she spotted another horse, she didn't reconize it from the barn and slowly stood up, she got a apple from her bag as well as a lead she always had a extra on her, she quitely made her way towards the mare "hey girl" she cooed softly so as not to spook her she wouldn't get to close not knowing how the mare would react to her presance

The girl finished brushing her horse and led him into the stall and latched it. "I've had him for about 5 months now." She pet his neck before looking at Caleb. "I got him from the wild mustang association, he was not being well handled and cared for so I took him off their hands." She looked out of the barn before stepping away from Hikari. "Will I see you at the bonfire?" She asked looking at Caleb. She forgot today was her day to help set up for the daily bon-fire and she had neglected to set the wood pile for tonight. She'd have to hurry to do that.

Hikari nickered happily. "Oh good!" He nudged her softly. "Come on! Lets go." He led his way to Mason hoping she would follow him.

Mason smirked at Kris. "No through the path." He laughed as he continued around the island till he came to a small stepping stone path that led its way back towards land. "The stones only appear at certain times a year due to the water."

Kris nodded and walked on the stone path glancing back at Mason every now and then, just after the waterfall she slipped and fell into the water, going under.

Dark Angel followed but kept her distance

Jessica heard a soft voice but it was from something she didn't want to hear it from. She lifted her head up quickly and froze, seeing the two-legged moving towards her. Though she did see the apple and felt her stomach rumble but she certainly didn't trust humans one bit. She snorted loudly and stood tall, getting angry that the human was approaching her.

The blonde girl smiled and nodded. "Good well I have to go get the bon fire started. I guess uhh i'll see you here." She looked at him once more before she left the barn towards the camps spot and grabbed a few logs and set them up as she started the fire nd then fed more and more logs to get the fire to where it should. She wiped her hands on her pants and smiled at her job well one. She sat on the log waiting for people to start showing up.

Dase gasped before he jumped into the water and grabbed her. The current was a bit fast but he quickly dragged them to the surface. "Are you ok?" He said trying to get them to shore. He swam hard and fast hoping Kris was ok.

jacinta grew up without stables, without flat ground, arena's jumps, anything like that, but she was a brilliant rider, well known after people knew her name, but she wasn't here to become a publicity figure, neither was her cousin codi, they'd actually switched their last names around on the forms, but it didn't work... so they switched back and were themselves. anybody who competed in high levels, even the lower levels would know these two, it was one reason jacinta was here, she was actually here to instruct for dressage and cross country, well no, she'd give private lessons to those who payed which was $50, for a private lessons on one of her own professional horses, it was $80. codi charged a little less as she only did the show jumping, and that was at $50 for a private lesson and $35 for a group lesson of about three riders.

she stepped out of her car and turned to her custom made 4 horse float, yesterday she had timmy war and pixie brought down, she could have put joe on, but kept joe home and had brought him today with story who was for sale. she'd asked a stable hand to tend to timmy war and pixie, especially pixie who needed formula, the two stallions had been put in separate 1 acre paddocks to keep them away from others, neither were dangerous, they were big teddy bares, but you just never put two stallions together while there were mares in the area. and unless breeding, you never put a mare in with a stallion... ever.

she made her way to the back of the float and unlocked the ramp lowering it to the ground before stepping up and untying joe. as soon as joe was hidden behind the float side, she could hear the nickering of story and the banging sounds of the stallion kicking the float. "Hey!" she growled slightly, before stepping up to open up the divider. instantly she was shoved back, turns out in story's frantic attempt to get out of the float he snapped his cotton rope. he bolted back out of the float and galloped off with a couple bucks. hissing slightly to herself, glad she closed the gate behind her and that codi had arrived three days ago with all her horses. she grabbed a spare rope, tied joe's rope onto his halter turning them into reins and from a stand still she grabbed a handful of mane bouncing before jumping very elegantly swinging her leg over the stallions back bareback. she used her legs to turn him and then urged him into a canter after story hoping the stupid stock horse stallion didn't hurt himself in the progress. she grumbled at the rabicano 4 year old and urged joe just a little faster the bay tabino happily doing as he was asked as he was urged after the rabicano stallion.

as the stallion came to the gate, jacinta slowed joe to a walk and managed to get close enough to story to clip the lead rope onto the fool leaving the broken rope there for the moment. with a gentle jag of the rope she touched joe's sides asking for a trot getting the silly 4 year old to trot beside her. as they grew closer she slowed to a walk and looked for an empty paddock by her other boys. finally she swung one gate open unclipping both broken lead and the spare lead from story letting him loose to run like the silly colt he was, before shutting the gate behind her.

she stroked the large bay tabino stallion and urged him to walk forwards to his paddock she reserved for him.

joe's ears pinned on the float trip nearly the entire way, the youngster beside him always wanted to steal his hay, so joe continued to snake his neck at story to keep him away, which was stressing the older stallion. he kicked the float which rocked it a little, and therefore didn't kick again. finally it came to a stop and his owner, jacinta was walking up the ramp to bring him out. relaxed and very chilled, joe complied and followed her out of the float, pinning his ears when he heard the kicking screaming sounds of the separation anxiety filled stallion. he watched jacinta walk back to the ramp and pulled back himself when he heard the sound of a horse running out of the float. at first he spooked to the side but relaxed and watched the stallion take off. before he knew it, his rope was now reins and he was urged into a canter, being who he was, he moved into a quick paced trot then a steady canter. when he was asked for more he pushed himself again until he was not far off a cross country canter. he tossed his head a little and watched the rabicano infront of him as he slammed the breaks to avoid hitting the gate. joe was asked to slow and so he did slowing down and then watching as jacinta caught the youngster.

he sighed and trotted, pinning his ears at the youngster beside him, only pricking them forwards when jacinta released him into the paddock. ears flicking he shifted back into a walk to where jacinta wanted him to go.

war's ears pulled together as he watched joe and story go for a run, with jacinta sitting on joe. ears flicking war cantered to the fence line, there was a paddock between him and the driveway, he swished his tail and galloped around his paddock, causing timmy in the paddock beside him to gallop around like two foolish colts as well. they bucked and tripped and took tight turns like professional barrel racing horses, but they were just being silly.

pixie stood in the round yard one of the grooms had put her in, she had a small ammount of hay that she barley touched, not interested. and a bucket of water. she'd been fed her formula milk about 10 minutes ago, so was full. she flicked her little tail and trotted elegantly around the pen, tossing her pretty draft like head, her thoroughbred lines allowing her more grace than a typical draft breed who were heavy and big not light and elegant.

codi arrived a few days ago and this morning brought flame and patience with her who were now settled in two paddocks. she had put, emily, missy, daphne and her colt chucky, into one paddock, patience, her mare for sale was in a paddock with two other mares. there was a for sale sign on the gate but with a picture of patience so whoever looked knew which horse it was. while archie was in his own paddock and flame, was in a paddock with a 'for sale' sign on the gate with his price and phone number to contact codi on. if people saw him move, work and perform, if they had the money they wouldn't think twice about buying him they just would. but the person needed the money as he was not cheap. at twenty five thousand, it was a bargain but defiantly not cheap, well... cheap for his experience and personality, and simply who he was, but with a stud fee of fifteen thousand the money would be earned back quick enough. she'd happily let him go on lease for a month or two for anyone who wanted to make sure he was the right horse for them. she sighed softly and returned to brushing flame before rugging him and turning him out in his paddock.

flame's ears pulled together as he stood in the cross ties, he had finished his ride with codi showing off who he was, what he could do and his training. codi has set up a jump course of about 85cm, and had eight of her own personal helpers put the jumps up as she fished, to widen them make them accurate to the height needed. because she was advertising him, she had cleaned him up, braided his mane, put clear hoof polish on his hooves, cleaned up his white star and snip, his hind sock, and had dressed herself quite neatly in a black jumping jacket, white jods, tall boots and a black expensive helmet. well, everything she had on was expensive, but that's besides the point. it was clear, codi was not impressed by the facilities here, by any means she didn't even like them. but she was here because there were alot of competitions here that she couldn't get too, because she was over 9 hours away to get here. that was the only reason she was here... flame's ears pulled back as bits of mane were ripped out, but he sighed and watched curiously before looking out to the paddocks snorting wanting to run again. when codi finished, the girl lead him out to the paddock and then released him to run.

patience, a beautiful white arabian mare who was now a broody, looked up spotting a girl make her way towards a mare whom seemed fearful. swishing her tail she watched her, patience had only arrived today so she didn't know this mare but... she didn't smell like the barn nor did she have a halter. patience wore a stunning turquoise blue halter that complimented her features. and a little worried by this mare whom seemed... way to dominant, patience's ears pinned back before looking to the girl approaching. pricked ears, the brood mare called out loudly and cantered towards the girl, tossing her nose in the air a little arrogantly like all arabians did, before she followed the girl hoping to get a bite of the apple. when the girl payed no attention, patience bumped her nose against the girl watching the apple, but watching the girl as she approached the other mare.

he nodded as the girl left the barn and looked at pandora "i'll be back later" he said putting his jacket back on, he saw some people and horses arriving and sighed as he walked past them to his cabin he unlocked the door and walked into the small house like area with the dogs following behind him

Smiling at the success of keeping the fire up at the moment she went to her brother house and let out Nyx. She whistled and the dog followed her. Walking back to her cabin she went inside to get a jacket before returning to the fire content to just sit there.

Mason grabbed the reins of Wildfire and pulled the horse to help pull him and Kris out. Once out he picked her up and then set her on the grass on her back. "Are you ok?" He asked again.

"Yeah, I'm okay" she finally got out. Rolling to her side she started shivering. She felt weak she took a hold of Mason's jeans as she shivered.

Dark Angel walked across the bridge then distanced herself from the humans
