Protect the farm V.2 ~Always Accepting~

Eclipse got to her paws and shook the dirt from her black pelt. When she was satisfied that all the earth had been removed she pressed her head against Thunder. "Let's just get going, the quicker we are there, the faster it'll be over," she reasoned and took a few steps back towards camp. Eclipse turned and waited for Thunder to walk with her.

Jordan began to pet Grenade as he spoke to Douglas. "Welcome to the farm, Douglas. My name's Jordan, nice to meet you," he went on, extending a hand towards Douglas. "You came at a great time, there were just wolves here, we need more help with them," Jordan said, tapping once on the rifle across his back.

Grim padded over to Jana and Grenade, glancing once over the new human. "Grenade, are you alright? I heard you took on two wolves," he barked, amazement in his voice. He paused, seeing Grenade was looking ashamed. Grim nudged the male's shoulder and tilted his head at Grenade.

Douglas smiled. He shook hands with Jordan. Nice to meet you. At 13 years old, I have a gun too.

Grenade looked at Grim. I ruined everything! They will attack! What if now?! He said really confusedly and he barely held back a sob.

Zoey stretched, jumping off of the bail of hay she had been sleeping on and trotting towards the commotion. She stopped near Grim and Grenade, tilting her head to the side, "What's going on?" She asked, her black and brown fur ruffled and filled with small bits of hay since she didn't have time to clean herself up before she left the barn.

Thunder-
He savored the moment with Eclipse, breathing in her scent, until she pulled away. He smiled at her and padded close to her, reaching over and licking her nose suddenly, winking before he charged ahead of her laughing. "Come on, Eclipse. Don't be a slow poke!" He teased.

Eclipse was momentarily dazed as he licked her nose, but heard him calling her a slow poke and snapped out of it. She gave a short chuckle and bounded after Thunder. She leaped over a troublesome vine and pressed on speed, slowly gaining on Thunder.

Grim felt sympathetic for the young dog and so he tried convincing Grenade it wasn't his fault, "You didn't ruin anything. That truce was bound to end, the wolves were never very trustworthy. Otherwise, would there be a wolf on the farm at all? He probably came over here to try and take prey without us noticing!" Grim's head swung to face the new voice and responded, "I'm just talking to Grenade about the truce with the wolves."

Jordan nodded with an impressed expression on his face. "Can you shoot well though?" he asked, genuinely curious about the boy's gun experience.

Zoey sat down and twitched her ears nervously. "I heard it's over ? The truce ? What happened ? It seemed like we would at least have a couple more months of peace and quiet." She glanced towards woods, as if expecting an invasion any second.

Jana twitched her ear and turned to Grim- Excuse me? She was part wolf. She hid it but it showed when she attacked Grenade.

Grenade didt look that sad now.Thanks Grim..

Douglas scratched the back of his head. He turned to a tree nearby and shot i the centre of it. Dunno-But I still shoot better than Mom and Jenny.

"It didn't seem like an invasion, he looked pretty lost." Zoey commented, having seen Lucas before Grenade sounded the alarm.

Once he returned back to camp he had sat down in his usual spot somewhere by his den.

Elena
She listened to Moon, her ears droping from the excitement of seeing Jake to the sock of another possible battle with the wolves.

Jeremy
He smiled at Hanna "Good to be out and walking about." He told her, placing the bags on the side in the kitchen.

Thunder-
he slowed slightly to let her catch up, leaping over a fallen tree, before skidding into camp, barely able to keep his balance onnthe gravelly terrain.
