"I didn't even know he was there until he made noise then when I went to investigate with Higgins they got along and I let him watch the rest of the movie with us fed him some treats and thought everything was ok. .. It was after that I got thirsty. .. What do you know about that dog anyway? .. Clayton's nice enough to me but sometimes I think he forgets I'm there at all. He should have said something about the other dog especially given how Higgins usually reacts to other dogs. Still working on socializing him to that pup." Walking was quickly becoming more painful and he had begun to hold his left arm against his side. Having fallen harder on that side.

"The dogs name is Rex by the way. Clayton told me he was a long lost dog or something." Lilly said then saw Owen holding his left arm.
"Are you alright? Maybe you should get your arm checked if it is hurting you." Lilly added.

He shook his head. Feeling worse about Rex getting away now. "Maybe after we find Rex .. I'm pretty sure nothing is broken just banged up some. .." He tried harder to hide the limp too, but he stepped wrong and a pain shot through his left side spiking worst in his hip. "I might need to rest for a bit." He gritted his teeth and slumped onto a large rock situated on the side of the road. "It hurt him more thinking he was going to have to go back without Rex and explain to Clayton. "That dog is important to Clayton I can't go back without him." He whimpered. Afraid he would get tossed out and lose one of the only people he had begun to trust in, in a very long time.

She started to think; "I need to tell Clayton about Joseph." she thought and got out her phone and texted Clayton:
"We need to talk." Lilly sent the text and put her phone back in her pocket.

he tried to get out the cage but couldn't, this is hopeless he groaned, I just have to stay in a cage forever, humans cant even understand animals he growled he lifted his head and turned to see a bug was in the cage, he ate the bug and looked around in boredom

He watched the car pull out the drive way while he waited with horses and the calf in his lap, then he watched lilly appear from her drive "who was that?" He asked her in a bothersome tone "weird to see a fancy car riding down a dirt road, was he lost?" He asked wanting the truth. He's always told lilly everything even if it was painful to tell her the truth and he was hoping she would do the same.

[Berenice.]

"Um, that is what I wanted to talk to you about.. I don't know how you will react exactly, and I am not happy about it either." Lilly said, looking at the floor.
