aztec quickly shot to her paws as the people came in. what were they doing? this was an enclosure only people who weren't threats could get in. she growled, then turned her head towards remington and started sprinting towards him. she jumped over a bush, looking at the people.

Vera continued growling, her teeth were now revealed. "I won't flee from them." She spat from between her teeth, brown eyes focused on the group of humans. They weren't doing anything, yet. She walked forwards, next to the male. Her head was lowered towards the ground and her features were showing an angry expression. It was only a matter of time when they would attack. Her claws were digging into the soil, getting her ready to bounce at any moment. She was usually rational, but this situation was confusing. She wasn't sure of what to do. Other than attack or stand her ground.

A soft, low growl escaped Remington's throat. The humans talked in some odd language into a black device on their wrists. They loaded odd, dart things into their weapons. They began to move forward and Remington's growl lingered as they did so. What were they going to do? Remington wasn't going to let them hurt anyone. He watched them cautiously. They split up and each approached a different wolf. Aztec, Vera, and Kaylee. The remaining two followed their comrades. Remington took a few steps forward, sniffing the human and growling still in attempt to intimidate them.
