Ruby looked up and saw Dracula, a tall male wolf. She gazed at him. Her mind started to reel, it was him, dracula, her crush, talking to her. She shuffled her paws and spluttered, " oh hey Dracula, life has been a little slow right now. What, with the fact that we haven't had a real fight all year, my fighters are getting restless. Now I wish I was a hunter. They get to hunt all day and never have to stop. Enoygh abiut me though, How have you been fairing?" he didn't look ill, so he must be doing pretty well. Ruby stared at him, but looked away as soon as they made eye contact. stay cool ruby she told herself, to no real effect.

The male's ears had perked upward when the vixen began to speak, seemingly at a loss for words, making him tilt his head at an unnoticeable angle. "Well," the male began, "I could possibly find a way to get you change your rank to hunter.," he said, not taking his eyes off her. "If you are really certain of that, I'd have to talk to the alpha though. I'm not entirely sure I even have to power to do that." the beta male said, stopping to take in the rest of what she had said. "I am doing just fine," he said, not telling her about the hunt they had, he did not want to rub int he fact he had gone with them and hunted, and he was the beta. That was not going to help Ruby at all, so he did not say anything on the matter. "Just... lonely mostly." Dracula sighed, ears slightly lowering before he gave her a soft chuckle.
