She flinched a little when he said the word omega.
"I promise." Her eyes caught the shine of the moonlight.
Her heart sped up as he asked her the last question.
She chewed on the side of her cheek.
Such a strange question to ask infront of everyone but,
I can see why he would ask.
She nodded.
This is the destiny I have to live up to?
These expectations?
I will gladly accept.

He smiled and looked at the pack, " Well, congrats Aria. " he lifted his head, ready for a howl to finish off the meeting. He howled and waited for a awhile then dipped his head back down. " Pack meeting dismissed. " he walked off the rock and slid into his den,

Aria-
What should I do now?
A-Are they mad at me?
I know a few liked Linnen...
She brushed her paws on the snow
as if to clean off dirt or perhaps dust the ground.
She sat down, glaring at the moon
and taking in Linnen's choice of appointing her to be his mate.

Lost howled after Linnen, to signify her approval. She bounded over to Aria, her tail wagging from how exciting that had been. Lost touched noses with the new Alpha female. "Congratulations!" She barked. "Linnen picked a good mate." Lost smiled warmly. She felt happy for the Omega, yet deep down she wondered if she would ever be anything more than a trainer.

Flint grinned, "Congratulations Aria." He woofed, the male stood up and looked at Lost, then back to Aria. "You have earned your place." He nudged Lost. "I wish you were a hunter. Then Sky would learn to accept you as my mate." He whispered. After all, Sky was the first wolf he knew when he was a Lone Wolf. The two treated each other as siblings.

Owl nodded at Aria, tail waging she approached her. "Congratulations." She woofed kindly. But Sky, however just huffed and turned away.

She dipped her head to all that had congratulated her.
She directed her attention to Lost first, "I'm glad you feel that way."
She felt in a way sorry for Lost.
She had become alpha and started out as omega and Lost...
She wasn't sure what the wolf might be going through,
watching an omega become alpha and Lost just staying in the same ranking.
Then afterwards she directed her attention to flint.
"Thank you, Flint but I don't know what I did to earn my place."
She murmured in such a shallow voice she was worried he might have not heard her.

I should make Lost a hunter;

He popped his head out of his den and whispered " Lost? Come in my den. " he slid back in and waited for her.

She stalked to the other side of the territory not even concerned if she was entering pack territory.
Her stomach grumbled, "Stupid coldness, now I'll never find anything to eat out here!"
She gritted her teeth and swiped at piles of snow in anger.

Destiny

Destiny laid on the rock, located right beside the clearing, grooming her paws. She stared as the wolves paced by, but like always she kept quiet, doing her own thing.
"Maybe I should go hunt, or something to help the pack. If they want me that is." Destiny stood, glancing around territory, wondering on what to do.

When Lost heard her name called, she nuzzled Flint, and with a brighter smile at Aria, she flicked her tail and padded into the den. She sat down politely in front of Linnen in the dim light, her tail tucked in front of her and her chin up. "Yes?"
