Ace exited her den, and went around her territory, looking to spot a lunch or something to eat at least. She spotted a bull ( male elk). Ace looked around, too see if anyone was there. Her pack mates would think she's crazy. Ace shrugged and went into a crouch position, waiting a little while till it had its back turned. (minutes later) As soon as the bull had his back turned she sprung, biting the rear of it, the bull kicked and bucked trying to shake her off. It started to run, with Ace griping onto the rear. Ace growled, throwing all her weight towards a pine. With all her weight she managed to pull the bull off track causing it to run into a tree with a large thud. She released her grip as the bull staggered back and forth. Ace smirked and jumped at the bulls neck dragging it to the ground, she gave it one last bite before it went limp. She looked at the buck and howled in triumphal and dug in.

Aric stood up, hearing a commotion from a little ways off. He sniffed the air carefully, picking out Ace's scent. With a little hesitation the large male stalked towards the sounds, emerging silently from the bushes and into another clearing where she was, feasting on an elk. For a moment a hot flare of rage settled in his stomach. Shouldn't she have called the pack first? He wondered silently, scrunching his nose in distaste before remembering that she was the alpha and what she did wasn't allowed to be questioned. He sat back on his haunches, studying her monetarily before letting out a small chuckle so she knew he was there. "Having a nice meal?" He questioned, though it sounded like a taunt. But everyone knew that this was the way Aric was.
