Ghost had fallen asleep moments after she closed her eyes, but her ears had caught the sound of approaching paws and her nose caught the scent of yet another wolf. This one was also a fae, but not only that she belonged to a pack. Something Ghost wasn't happy nor too fond about. She growled low and stretched out her body before rising to her paws and opening her eyes. Her dark amber orbs landed on the small wolf before her. Ghost proudly walked towards the fae, circling around her and sniffing her. Yo defiantly pack wolf. She backed off and spoke "Hello to you too free spirit." Even though Ghost did not like pack's or alpha's she did have a kind soul and heart and would never attack another wolf unless attacked first or provoked. This fae before her did not seem to be the type but who was she to judge a wolf by their fur. She shook her head and waited for the fae to speak

Ghost tilted her head and sighed softly, hearing the birds above them she spoke "the name is Winter Ghost, you can call me either name. So what brings you here Cassy? If you do happen to cross paths with a black fae watch out for yourself. She's bad news. I'd say former Alpha possibly but she's dangerous. She's up to something. I know it. Nearly took my throat out when I approached her earlier." Ghost shook her head and moved closer to the fae, nuzzling against her, come on we can go by the lake and talk more. Humans will be here soon and I don't think you want to see what happens when they cross me. Never ends pretty for them." She turned and and headed in the direction of the lake and waiting for the fae to catch up.

Ghost shook her head and replied, just be careful around her. I normally do not trust wolves and she's on the list of wolf's I don't trust." She didn't feel like telling the wolf that humans were the cause of her being how she is nor the fact that they took her family away. She continued to walk with the fae and within moments they reached the lake. Ghost relaxed even more before she pounced into the sand and rolled around. Here she felt relaxed and free, but dark thoughts clouded her mind. She shook her head and rested in the sand, allowing the suns rays to warm her fur and when they did, you could see small and faint scars.

Ghost smiled and chuckled softly as her ears flickered around and the sun had brightened her fur, so you could see white mixed with cream. She spoke softly "you're different from the others' I've came across. The only one I would even consider becoming friends with too. So tell me about yourself, Cass."

Ghost had found herself getting up and nearing the fae before her, before she curled her own body around the wolf and said "your mind has coated your past, it's still there, just buried deep within you. I wasn't always a rogue or lone wolf. I had parents and 6-7 elder brothers. We would move from territory to territory in search of a home, but would always be ran out by packs. One day hunters came and took out my small pack. I ran in hopes to escape the humans. I'm not sure if any of my brothers' made it out, so I assume they are all dead."

Ghost tensed at the word fire and gritted her teeth and spoke "the fire was due to humans setting ablaze an open field to try an control a wildfire. Packs' grew frantic about it and small fights started to break out. My family and I were just passing through a territory at the time. My brothers' and our parents' had all forced me to stay behind while they go scout the area. You must've met them as my brother told me he ran into a young fae, but my family left when another pack came into the area. So we left again. Humans cause so many issue for us it's a shame we even have to live and adjust to them. Makes me sick."

Ghost nuzzled into the fae and licked her fur as an act of comfort and ease, she wasn't normally this relaxed around other wolves, but Cassy was different. She rested her head lightly on top of the faes back and said "it's not safe for either species. I don't understand them and they deff do not understand us. Enough of this human talk, what is your pack like?"

Ghost felt a low deep rumble with her and closed her eyes. No wolf had ever shown her any sort of affection before and a soft low purr came from her. She nuzzled the fae back and wondered what it would be like to have that. To have a family again. If she did join the pack, then she'd have protection and family. She could handle herself just fine, but with the threat of both humans and that black she wolf on her tail she needed somewhere to go. In the short time she was with Cas, the young fae had grown to her and she smiled and licked her fur before speaking in a soft whisper "do you think...your alpha would allow me to join?"

Rather chilled winds tore at the dusty white brute's fur as he lay with his paws straight out in front of him, his ear flicking every now and than as he listen to the chirping of birds which exploded from the trees every now and than to get away from the moving wolves. Snickering quietly to himself he narrowed his eyes on one of the ravens, who had his talons out and was sparing with another one of his own kind. Feathers tore from their bodies and fell to the ground softly and somehow one managed to land on his wet nose, causing him to snort in disgust with them. Ravens smelt disgusting, to him, and they were nasty little creatures although William had to admit they were quite the pretty bird. While some liked the white doves he preferred raven over everything. And yes, birds were the thing mostly on his mind now days because they seemed so peaceful, living up in the pines without a care in the world. No alpha to boss them around and certainly no stupid loners to cause trouble. He felt like birds just had everything that he didn't.

Ghost shook her head at the fae and nipped at her ear before watching her eyes drift to the forest and back at her. "Alright you large puppy what do you say we go for a run or explore?"
