i scout my territory for a den, thinking it will be a chilly night. I soon find a hollow in a tree root big enough for me to get through. i smiled at my fins and marked my territory, claiming it as my den. i pad back out and grab some moss for a nest. i grab some stranded feathers and tuck them under the moss. I go back around my Territory marking it again. i pad back to the hollow and take a snooze (You should have Mono come and find him!)

Sierra yips and pads over to Sean, greeting him and pulling the herbs from his maw. She sets them right next to the dirt and slides a leaf over that is filled with water. She dumps the water all over the diry and places the leaf in the corner of the den. She grabs some of the herbs and places them in the dirt, patting the dirt down with her tail.

"Do you think Sean would let me be his apprentice too? I know a whole bunch about herbs and In ever got a chance to show anyone!" She barked, looking from the outside of the den to Crystal

"This is the best idea ever!" Sean squeaked, as if he were a small pup. "I.. uh... you never heard anything!" He grabbed a nearby stick and leaned it on his den. "It would look cooler with more sticks like that, surrounded by stones...

"Hmm I don't really know? But he might because I've started to teach myself." Crystal barked to Sia.

Sia nodded,"okay. I'll have to ask him once he stops flirting with my sister." She laughed, standing up and turning back to Crystal. "Wanna go hunt, in the meantime?" She barked, tail wagging.

"Yeah, it would..." She murmured, padding out of the den and flicking in stones with her claw. "What if we made a little pond in here! It would be so cute since it's a big den!" She howled with excitement and began to dig a hole, placing roses and other flowers around it.

"Yeah! I'll get some water, and you put some flowers in there!" Sean barked, wagging his tail. "Again, best idea ever!" He bolted for the lake, and scooped up some water in his mouth, trying not to swallow it as he carefully padded back to the den-under-construction. One scoop down, ten million more to go! He thought as he poured it in the hole. "Ten million more scoops to go!" He repeated aloud.

i sigh and pad back into the learning to be hunters den and curl up in my nest, Back facing the entrance. i silently cry as the teras drip down into a puddle by my face.
