Salt laughed and sniffed the air. "ahhh, the sweet smell of daisys!" he whispered but loud enough for her to hear. He caught the faint whiff of vole and padded in that direction. He spotted it and pointed his tail in its direction " I think this is your hunt" he smiled and whispered.

Rhapsody was immediately alert, her playful mood forgotten as she dropped low and crept along the ground. Her expert nose caught onto the vole's scent immediately. As she crept forward her eyes narrowed onto the vole who was happily munching on a seed. She kept her paws light, careful not to crunch a leaf or anything. In the last moment she leaped, both small paws landing on the vole. It let out a terrified screech that was cut short as she snapped it's neck. She lifted her head, her prey dangling from her jaws as she looked back at Salt proudly.

She wondered as she sat down, She did not know she was going in circles....
