Legion flicked his tail in the direction of the herd, specificly towards a younger looking antelope that was struggling to keep up with the rest. "That one." He whispered.

Athena watched the scene unfold and she narrowed her eyes, her cackling came to a stop and a snarl escaped her mouth. She tilted her head as her glare turned towards the hyena that was following Tay. " Well Well, what do we have here." The leader chuckled and began to circle the other hyena. She shook her head, eyeing the other animal intensely. "You know, I really don't take kindly to hyenas that challenge me. You may be a part of Tay's little group, but you are still one of us." She snarled, claws sliding out slowly and digging into the hard ground.

Chi's white and black ears flattened as Tay spoke. The sudden - yet slightly sketchy - alliance the Hyenas made to the three Cheetahs didn't calm her nerves. Tay was a full grown Lion, not too mention incredibly intelligent and strong. If it came to brute force, he was would easily win against the Cheetahs or the Hyenas. Blue eyes darted from each cat or dog-like creature when they spoke. The white Cheetah glanced at Sabre as he and Tay challenged each other. She watched in fear for her friend - even though she felt something more for him deep down. When another presence, a small Cheetah to be precise, appeared, Sabre looked like he had seen a ghost. Chi furrowed her brow in concern as she was about to call out to him, glancing at the small Cheetah on the hilltop a ways from them. That was until she noticed Tay lunged for the deputy. "Sabre, watch-" she yelled at him, only to be cut off as the male Lion pinned the Cheetah to the ground. Chi took a step back in surprise as her blue eyes widened out of concern and worry for Sabre. Her eyes suddenly narrowed as she hissed at Tay, taking a few steps forward, "Let him go or-" Yet again, she was cut off. Her brother stepped in front of her out of haste and shooting a glare in Tay's direction. "Don't be hasty. You'll end up dead as well as Sabre," he growled at her. The warrior wasn't about to lose his closest friend or his sister to Tay. Phango's hackles raised as he lowered his head, glaring daggers at the scarred Lion. The male Cheetah was loosing his patience with Tay and now his friend's - and clan's deputy - life was at risk. His amber eyes flickered to Athena as she circled the Hyena that was with Tay, but he ignored it after paying his attention back to Tay and Sabre. "You don't have to kill him, Tay. I'm sure we can work this out peacefully," Phango told him, his peace maker side coming out. His head raised as he glanced at his sister, as she watched Sabre in worry, then back to the cruel Tay.

Tay let out a low chuckle before turning to whisper to Sabre, "Make sure to mention this to Manrono, we're going to take back the Savannah, and slaughter all that it takes" He growled before leaning back so the rest could see, "Let it be known of the generosity of the Outsider's Clan, despite you guys entering our territory and attacking our clan mates, I still let you all live, but there a price to pay" Turning back to Sabre, he gave him a grin, "It's really nothing personal, just gotta leave something to remember us by" The paw raised as Sabre's eyes widened. but as the claws started to fall, Sabre's hind legs reared up, shoving the lion off him but his claws raked through his soft fur by his legs and into his skin, gaining a soft yelp as he scrambled to get away from the much bigger lion, though clear claw marks went from the right side of his chest to his shoulder, ending off at the beginning of his leg. Tay watched, standing with his body rigged as Sabre stumbled slightly, the wound already soaking his fur red, "Well, I guess that'll do, but the price shall be much heftier if we catch you here again, I was really hoping I could leave you a nice scar for that face of yours, it'd suit you" Tay said with a sadistic tone in his voice as he glanced at the hyenas and cheetahs, not helping the hyena with him but leaving her alone, "You'll have a nice story at the next gathering right? It's a shame you let down your clan like this Sabre, failing to stop this, letting your dislike for hyenas cloud your feelings, you would have picked me up from a mile away, realized where you were if only you had paid attention, I bet the shame for you I'm feeling is nothing to your clan mates, oh yes, seeing you fail like this, it has to be devastating... Let's see how long they believe in a deputy that failed them" Each word stung Sabre, physically, his head drooped and his ears flattened against his head, but he still watched Tay for anymore movements. Glancing at the hyena leader, he shook his head at the other hyena, but ignored them, focusing on the others, "Say hi to your sister for me, tell her that I'm sorry her brother leaves her to hunt by herself, or with the clan leader constantly, instead of her own brother. It'd be a shame if next time she went hunting without you, that she'd run into some unexpected trouble... Now get off my territory" He growled as Sabre stood, staring at the floor.

Phango watched with narrowed amber eyes. He glared at Tay as he spoke of generosity. Generosity his tail. The young male Lion was a sadistic tyrant who was hellbent on making more chaos for the residents in the savannah. His blood ran cold as he watched Tay's unsheathed claws come down on the deputy, only for Sabre to shove off the Lion and end up with a gash of claw marks start from his chest and down his side to his back leg. The warrior turned his head away, not being able to tolerate seeing his friend being marred up like that. If he did, his anger would blind him and he'd foolishly attack the Outside Lion for attacking his friend. It would be a losing battle though, Tay was much stronger than him. He grimaced, peering back at the others, but he was more focused on Sabre, Chi, and Tay. The Hyenas were the least of his concern. Tay's words must've stung Sabre, especially by his appearance. That Lion couldn't be more wrong though. If he felt anything, it would be concern for Sabre and his sister, fear for their lives, and anger at Tay for harming his friend. There was no shame he felt.

Phango widened his eyes when he felt Chi zip by him. It took most of his self-control to not run after her. Chi bristled, running to Sabre's side. She couldn't just stand by while Sabre was attacked. The white Cheetah glowered at Tay as she hissed, standing in front of the deputy to face the Lion. "You couldn't be more wrong! We feel no shame. At least I don't and if I know my brother, he doesn't either. I don't know how you run things in the Outsiders', Tay, but Sabre is more than our deputy. He is our friend as well, we wouldn't turn our backs on him just because he - in your words - 'failed.' I don't know about how others personally feel, but I know I'll keep 'believing' in him, as you say," she spat, blue eyes narrowed dangerously at him. Chi glanced back at Sabre to see him in a rough state, it pained her too see him like that. He just stood there with a dropped head and pinned ears as he stared at the ground. Her ears flattened against her head when she saw the wound from Tay's claws on his chest and side. She could feel her heart pounding, whether from adrenaline or fear or both. If Tay was angered enough, he could probably kill her right then and there, but she would take that risk. Glancing back to Tay one last time, Chi half-turned towards Sabre as she tried to get his attention, her blue eyes full of conern, "Sabre?"

Phango lifted his head in surprise when Kayrah was mentioned. His eyes widened slightly at Tay's vague threat. Kayrah was now in danger? Just how many insults was he going to throw at Sabre? He kept a low growl from coming up as his blood boiled when Tay ordered them to get off his territory. He walked forward towards Chi and Sabre, eyeing Tay carefully as he spoke to the two Cheetahs in a low voice. "I think it is best we leave now," he suggested.

Caelan sighs "I do not know, but it is obvious somebody is trespassing on our territory. The lions may go wherever they want, so I cannot argue with them. However the paw prints are too close together to be cheetah prints. That means the either hyenas or outsiders are trespassing. I want border patrols done every quarter-sun(every six hours). Certain members will have to sleep during the say so they can do the nightly patrols."

Maru nodded in agreement, "Wanna scatter the herd and seperate him then go in for the kill together?" She questioned as she prepared for a run by digging her paws in the dirt a little.

Sabre's startled at Chi's voice beside him though her words helped his broken pride, his pride was still damaged but he still pushed her out of the way, gently, but enough so he was in front of her, his right front paw took turns off the ground as he stood up straighter, to protect Chi.
Tay watched before letting out a cold chuckle, "Cute, real cute" He laughed before his ears perked up, his head whipping the other way, growling, he backed up from the two just as another lion came up the hill with the young cheetah beside him, the lion's eyes widened in shock, "Tay! Back off them" He hissed, coming down the hilltop slowly, leaving the cheetah at the top, he pushed stood between Tay, Sabre and Chi. "Why are you in our territory?" He asked, standing over the cheetahs to show his authority but not threateningly. Sabre started to open his mouth but Tay inturrupted, "They attacked Bina in our territory and initiated a fight with me" Tay explained with a slight growl but Sabre let out a hiss of disagreement, "Your hyena was in our territory and led us back here, I tried to ask why but she wouldn't talk, then Tay attacked us, leaving this" Sabre said, clearly with authority in his voice. Glancing between them, the larger male lion's red eyes narrowed at Tay, "You are free to go, Sabre, do not venture in our territory again, boundaries are still boundaries. Give my greetings to Misty and Kayrah." The lion stated and Sabre nodded, "Thank you, Vadazhi" He said, respectfully and started to turn to nudge Chi along when Vadazhi called out, "Wait, Sabre, step forward" Taking an unsteady step forward, Vadazhi leaned in to whisper something in his ear that made Sabre's eyes widen and ears droop. Leaning back, Vadazhi's scarred eye was staring at Chi and Phango before turning back to Sabre, "Take that back to Misty, understand?" The large lion questioned, gaining a quick nod from Sabre in silence, "Now... Bina! Come on" The hyena let out a giggle before trotting past Athena to go half up the hill before waiting for Tay and Vadazhi. "Now, all of you, off outsider's territory" The male turned and started to follow the hyena while Tay stayed behind to growl, "Saved by the bell" He hissed but turned to follow at a sharp, 'Tay, come on'. Bina paused as the lions left to let out a cackle at the group, "Missed all the fun, King" She cackled to the cheetah, at the name, Sabre's head snapped up but the two went over the hill before he could say anything.

Milina nodded in agreement, "Yes sir" She said, seriously, her eyes narrowed in suspicion at his words, "It's strange"

Chi watched Sabre with wide eyes as he walked forward, gently pushing her behind him. Taking a step back, the white Cheetah furrowed her brow in displeasure when Tay spoke, glancing at him for a second before her attention was brought else where when a second lion appeared. The small Cheetah on the hilltop apparently had disappeared and then came back with the lion. For a moment, she was in shear fear. If this male was anything like Tay, anyone who wasn't allied with the Outsiders were good as dead. That was until he spoke and came between Sabre and herself and Tay. Chi recognized him as Vadazhi, from the great war. Her hope was slightly lifted when Sabre was about to explain the situation, but Tay beat him too it. She was taken about. The she-cat gaped at him in disbelief, but it was disappeared quickly when Sabre spoke. When they were dismissed, Chi was more than ready to go when Sabre nudged her along. She froze in her tracks when Sabre was called forth by the Outsiders' leader. Her ears pinned back as she was unsure what was going to happen, only to see Vadazhi whispering something to the deputy. Sabre's expression and dropped ears didn't do much to ease her worries. What could he have told Sabre? She shook her head, apparently it was for Misty so she knew it was none of her business. Phango, who had been watching the scene a foot or so behind his sister, stepped up to stand besides his sister. He looked down at her then towards Vadazhi as he felt the leader's eye on Chi and himself. An ear flicked back in uncertainty and before he knew it, everyone was dismissing themselves. When Tay spoke before leaving, the large Cheetah just sent a deadly glare in the younger Lion's direction. It was all he could do. Subconsciously, sometimes he wished looks could kill and he was usually peaceful. Sighing, he turned away, brushing Chi side to let her knew he was starting to leave, but she didn't budge. Her blue gaze was on the small Cheetah at the hilltop with the Hyena known as Bina. Phango stopped to look back. Both of the siblings had wide eyes when they heard the name that Bina called the Cheetah. Both only knew of one Cheetah who had had that name and he was suppose to be dead. Sabre and Kayrah's younger siblings that had been assumed that perished in the Hyena raid way back when. Chi broke the silence first, watching the Hyena and Cheetah disappear over the hill, "Did she just say ..." Phango sighed, before assuring his sister, "Yes, she did."

Sabre's eyebrows were knitted together as he stared at the hilltop where the cheetah had been with his face deepening into anger, suddenly, he felt irritated by everything, everything was wrong with the world. He was confused, hurt both physically and mentally, his pride damaged by every word Tay had stated and then what Vadazhi said to bring back to Misty and the rest of the clans, it made him feel sick, he tried to take a step but the pain that rippled through his shoulder and hind leg made him falter with a growl of pain, it hurt beyond anything he ever felt. Taking a silent breath, he took a few more steps but the pain was hurting so bad but he didn't stop, he kept moving, each step caused more blood to gush from the blood, soaking into the dirt as he moved back to their territory. His vision flashed dark for half a second at the pain of setting his weight onto it to make sure the others were following, "Get back in the territory" He hissed through the pain.

The siblings looked at each other briefly before looking to the deputy. Chi and Phango stayed silent, watching Sabre in uncertainty. The female Cheetah furrowed her brows in concern as she watched him, a small frown on her muzzle. When he started to walk in the direction of their territory, she felt the need to be by his side and help him. Though they were friends, he was also her deputy. Blue eyes downcast to the ground as she lowered her head, walking behind Sabre. Phango was by her side, but his longer strides cause him to walk faster than her and walk at Phango's flank. The siblings followed the injured male back to their home, staying quiet when he said to get back in the territory. Phango only nodded, glancing back to his sister then his injured friend. A frown graced his features as he was unsure of what to do. Offer Sabre support on the walk back until the healer in the clan could tend to his wounds or leave him be and not damaged his pride more so than it already had been by Tay. Shaking his head, he thought to himself, To heck with pride. One last glance at Chi, Phango made his way to Sabre's side and looked at him sternly. "You're in no condition to walk back without support. Lean on me so you're not putting as much pressure on your wounded side."

Sabre jerked away from Phango, "I'm fine" He growled, though afterward he said that, he sighed, "I'm sorry, I don't mean to snap at you, I don't need help though, we need to get out of the Outlands" He said, trying to sound normal though there was strain in his voice, the second they crossed the border and entered the Savannah grass and he was full covered from the Outlands, he was panting, "I just... Gotta take a break" He started to sit down but his legs gave out as he tried to go slow and he ended up, collapsing on his side, the blood sweeping staining the grass underneath him. Sabre's chest was heaving from the effort to move the short distance, "J...Just give me a minute, I'm fine" He wheezed.
