Manrono continues once Luna caught up and kept moving towards the edges of the Savannah, till a large river approached them, "Luna, are you aware of the battle that formed the clans, here? I know you haven't been around too long, so you may not know, though you may have heard us discuss it" He asked her, softly, stopping to sniff the faint smell of Hyenas before continuing along the river.

Milina nodded in agreement, "We could see if we can get some crabs or turtles, but like I said, with the crocs in the water, our river is dangerous to swim in... Oh! I saw a group of wild pigs on the outside of our border, last time I checked, they had come in the border but we just caught the buffalo so I didn't grab any, should we check around there, see if they are still in the area?" She questioned, her tail swishing rather excitedly, happy she remembered.

Milina nodded and started to trot back to where she last saw the boars, it only took a few minutes before she arrived and started to sniff around, her ears perked for sounds, "Their scent goes into the trees, so this could be a good chance on some food if they're still in here" She said, excitedly, happy to be of assistance to her Clan Leader

Luna looks at Monron, "I've never heard of a battle here? Will you tell me about it?" Luna asks politely. She looks out at the endless plains.

Misty looks at Sabre, "I would love to go hunting, we need more food anyways." She says, standing.

Sabre nodded before glancing around for his sister, "Kayrah spotted a group of Gazelle that if we all worked together, we could grab one, you know how fast they are, I don't know where she disappeared to though, but she'll show up, we'll probably find her by accident" He joked, slightly as he took a step towards where the herd was.

Marono sat down by the river to look into the reflection, "So, the Pride leader before us was my father, he wasn't a great cat but he was a good leader, there were only two survivors of my litter, me and my brother. As we grew, my brother craved for our father's attention and spent all his time working for it, I, on the other hand, preferred to befriend my clan mates and grow strong, so when my father appointed me to be the next in line when he passed, my brother was furious, furious beyond belief. At that time had a litter with a female from outside the clan, bringing them in, only one survived to adult hood, Tay. Vadazhi, my brother, fought and killed our father for the title, but even in his dying breaths, he named me the next pride leader, we fought and all the clans merged into fight, the Hyena's took Vadazhi's side, while the Cheetah's and Leopards helped us, but in the end, I caught my brother across the face, under his eye, startling him, allowing me to pin him down until he surrendered, I couldn't kill my own flesh and blood so easily like he tried to, but his son, Tay, a darkness was in his heart, I was lucky to avoid his ambush for my life, but I did, I left both of them scars as I exiled them to the Outlands, though they swore they'd be back, there have been rumors they are forming their own Pride for any creature that harbors dark feelings towards anyone in the Savannah" Sighing, he turned from the water to give her a reassuring look, "I wouldn't believe it, but I swore I heard a roar off in the distance, and I just want to check our borders, but if the rumors are true, I don't know what we'll do" Sighing heavily, Marono shook himself off once before continuing moving, "My brother is a lot of things, but he's not evil, he was broken hearted that even at his death bed, I was still father's favorite, it made him hurt, I know now, I could bring him back in and he wouldn't harbor ill will, but the Pride would revolt and his son is not to be trusted... I'm stuck in this loop... Anyway, I should not force my problems on you, we should continue onward" Marono finished, speeding his pace up a little.
