Zorua
The vixen trotted on, though going slow for the husky, making sure the brute could keep up with her.She almost stumbled when she heard a bark. Stopping, she turned around to see two canines in the distance. She let out her own bark, and wondered if the two dogs. Koga wagged his tail, not having control of his body at all. Zorua nudged him with her shoulder, hoping he would settle down. Koga slowly relaxed and slowly made his way over to the other dogs."Koga.... I would be careful, you don't know what they would do. You do not know if they are friendly or not. Do you want to get attacked?"She said to him, walking alongside him.But it would be nice to make some friends though....She told herself, walking ahead carefully.
Althea
Meanwhile the old shepherd fae, struggled to get to her feet from the old bed that she was sleeping on. Luckily she was not sleeping on the cold hard floor like the other two were, since they had offered to take the hard floor than the softer bed of pillows. It was things like that, that made the old dog smile since she knew she had raised the two of them better to know their limits and to rescpet others, no matter what age. She felt her joints crack and pop, as she pushed herself up. Althea managed to gain balance before slowly making her way to the enterance of the warehouse, body aching from how she slept the other night.Age is really getting to me big time... My body can't handle sleeping like this, but it is the only thing that will do for now.... She told herself and sighed before thinking of Zorua and Koga. She had hoped the two would come back with some food soon, for the old vixen was hungry.
Well I will have to go find some liitle stuff to snack on till they get back with something to eat..... She told herself and walked out of the warehouse. She blinked her dark brown eyes from the blinding sunlight that shone down, beating down on her black coat. It was already hot out and it was not even noon time, but she knew that there was a place where she could go to get some water or to go cool down if she got too hot. Scanning the area on the surrounding streets around her, she could hardly see anyone and it did not help that she could barely hear anything either. Luckily she was not near any places that she really needed to be that consisted of her hearing.
It felt good for her to take a nice little morning stroll to help ease her old bones and joints, since there was hardy anything to do around for an old retired k-9 unit. She thought of all the good times and the memories she had of working at the police force and how it was the best job that she loved for nearly 8 years. Sighing softly, she glanced down at the tag that hung from her leather collar and it was in the shape of a badge, with the unit number and her handlers name on it. She nevertook it off even when she was retired and had managed to get away from the humans and lived on her own for a few years. Something caught the old shepherd attention, and she licked her lips. A rabbit went by, stopping nearby. The old vixen snuck up on the rabbit, and snagged it quickly.
Once she devoured the rabbit, she felt somewhat better, and she was able to get some energy back, for now, until the real meal arrived from Zorua and Koga. They are sure taking a long time... I wonder what is holding them up.... I hope they know that they can not be in there forever..... I know Zorua would not take this long, but I have a feeling Koga is there to distract her from her hunting.... Althea said to herself, shaking her head.
