Lenori yawned as she awoke, her eyes hazy from sleep. She smiled and walked out of the large den, she sniffed the air and knew right away there dominant was close by in the forest. She ran through the forest and stuck her tounge out hot on the trail. She smiled as she saw him and quickly padded over and shook her pelt weakly, her tounge sticking out. She nudged his shoulder slightly and said, "Did I disturb your daydreaming?" she huffed a quick laugh and walked with him. Her thoughts changed into small pups. She signed and shook her thoughts away, turning back to the larger brute walking with her. Her ears perked as she heard wolfs. She growled slightly and tried to change her expression to a brighter one. The thing is, she hated wolves, the rotten no good wolves. She licked her muzzle and her expression changed slightly, still showing some signs of anger, but not as much as a second ago.

Summer. The hottest season in the year and they were smack dab in the middle of summer now. Luckily today seemed to be one of the cooler days and by cool Nubia meant in the low nineties. The female was already awake, though she had yet to leave her comfy den but as the temperature rose, the den wasn't all that comfortable anymore. She sighed and pushed herself to her paws as she made her way out of the dark den. Squinting, she blinked a couple of times to get use to the sunlight streaming through the tree tops. Why did it have to be morning already? It felt like she had just shut her eyes to sleep. The subordinate female groggily stretched her stiff muscles to wake herself and her body up. Afterwards, amber orbs surveyed the camp to see who was and wasn't up or in camp. She had no idea for now, plus, she was still half asleep as she tried to pick out those still within the camp. Sitting down on her haunches, a yawn escaped the young female. Her coat was a bit on the dirty side, after all, a den was surrounded by dirt, so one tended to get a little dirty. After closing her mouth from her yawn, she looked up at the tree tops, it seemed to be another clear day without rain, which to Nubia was a rather good thing. The majority of spring it had rained so she was happy that it stopped though of course, her happiness was cut slightly because of the heat that summer brought. The female hoped no one would try to speak with her, though in a pack, she was more of the secluded loner. She tended to stay away from the general population of the pack and often snapped rather quickly when someone was getting on her nerves. Nubia was that one wolf every veered clear of unless they wanted a chuck missing from their body. Of course she had her good days but in general, Nubia was not the wolf to go to for anything unless you needed some serious advice. She was known for giving the blunt truth whether it hurt or you agreed with her or not.

"So Lenori, what brings you here? Were you looking for me or just so happened to find me?" he asked her curiously.

She huffed quietly, in case he was just bait to lure her into the pack of dogs where they could do whatever they pleased with her, which made her fur stand on end in case there were other dogs waiting among the trees or bush. Louis then stopped herself to realize she had been to trustworthy of the brute already, the scents should have been the first thing she realized before she introduced herself. The seven year old brute arose himself from his paws, it was early morning, the sun had barely arisen yet. Causing a light pink glow place itself from the west side of the territory. His eyes danced around scenting the air for any wounds. Luckly for the brute there were none, but the day was still young, he thought to himself standing up from his sitting place and digging his thick black claws into the ground. They were sharp but with a bit of were and tare would be back to normal in no time. His long and sharp K-9's dripped with spittle as he ran his tongue over it a few more times. The brute thought for a second as he listened to the forest around him, the birds that fluttered about raising and falling in song with one another, the water from the small creeks shifting slowly trough the wind causing a few splashes to be herd due to the waters hitting a few stones that lay in the waters. She was quite a pretty wolf but the brute would hold his tongue, he could not be thinking of such things, he had to help with his word as a healer including finding herbs and caring for the sick and needy that were in pearl.
