The dappled Arabian mare slowed to a trot after her short run, the foal being due an day left her breathless. Othello reached her neck around to her left side to scratch an itch on her belly, before snapping up her ears. An urge to hide left her walking to the forest, her head in a neutral position. Othello's belly shuddered with a pang just as the mare reached the forest, and she snorted in suprise. The foal was coming! -fade- -unfade- Othello nickered gently to her newborn twins, a little buckskin dun colt and a small blood bay filly. A Sniper's Shot and A Deadly Romance. Two miraculous foals. Othello nuzzled both, and nudged them to get them to stand up. They had to stand up. Juliet was first, but also first to fall. She had long legs like her mother, but they were thick and strong like her father, making her heavier and not as fast. The colt, on the other hand, had long, spindly legs, and a light, agile body. Combat, which she had decided was A Sniper's Shot's nickname, was next to stand up, and he stayed there, legs spread wide and wobbly. Othello knew she had to get out of the woods, for the smell of foal was sure to draw in predators. As soon as both of her offspring could walk, she led them out of the woods and onto the green grassy hill she had left not too long ago.

Cobra walked along a trail ((on the other side of the woods as Othello, don't want to bother them)) by the woods, wanting to take a shortcut to the river. Her shoulder brushed a brush and she snapped her ears forward, not wanting predators, or horses for that matter, to hear. A full face full of the scent of stallion filled her nostrils, and she snorted angrily.
"Who's there?" She growled, ready to injure however was there if they so much as made a move to snake her, court her, or even flirt with her.
