Atka shook her head, turning back to him "I believe he was from Boulevard." she clarified, gazing at him as he spoke. Atka thought about Carla, she had never met her, but she had been around long enough to know that she was quite fierce, being a German Sheppard, and also quite moody. She stopped panting, "I agree, my friend." she barked in a happy tone. "You must forgive me, I still haven't introduced myself." She chuckled, lowering her head. "My name is Atka, mind telling me yours, dear?" She asked politely, her tail slightly wagging.

As she spoke, Katsu sensed that her hostility had already begun to fade, he found no more reason for him to be turned over like a submissive puppy. Slowly and cautiously, he rolled over and pushed himself to his paws, shaking out his rough coat once he was standing. "Apologies accepted." he said slowly, looking at them from the corner of his eye. "Just to inform you, it's very unlikely I'd hurt a pup." He told her, speaking for himself. He peered behind her, spotting the cardboard box that looked as if it had been used as their shelter from the cold, and the wind. He felt a twinge of sympathy for the pair, being in the same living condition as most dogs in the city were. These thoughts made him turn and look towards the section of the border where he had left his abandoned prey. I can't help all dogs, but at least I can help a mother and her pup. He turned back towards the two, inspired by a new thought in mind. "For all of the trouble I've put you through the least you two deserve is a good meal. That rabbit is not nearly enough for the two of you, but if I gave you the prey that I left at the border, there would be more for you to eat." He suggested kindly, Katsu was completely genuine about his offer. He was a fighter anyways, and he wasn't really expected to bring back as much prey as the hunters were.
