Remember Me For
When the natural disaster happened,
We lost everything.
Our homes, families, children, hope.
It was all gone.
All we had left was little.
Some called it heaven,
But really, it was horrible.
"Freedom" they called it,
"Death" said others.
No one knows how we lived.
But we did.
And we will remember it.
For centuries.

Storyline:
After a major natural disaster in a
state in western America, hundreds
of previously pet horses were left
behind. Many of different breeds
and specializations came together.
They were stronger together, wiser,
and most of all, they had hope for
the future together. So they
created a new kind of wild horse
herd.
Differences:
- Unlike regular mustang herds, males
have the choice of staying or leaving,
but they cannot take mares from the
herd unless the mare chooses to
leave with them.
- The Lead Stallion and Lead Mare rule,
the Stallion being the head of guard, the Mare
being head of inner-herd problems.
- Wise horses are chosen as Healers, or
horses with the ability to use the
available herbs to cure wounds and
diseases. They may not breed, so as to
not be distracted while they work.
- Stallions automatically
become guards when they graduate
colt-hood at two years old.
- Rather than an ever-changing mate, like regular
mustangs, a mare may choose to have a
permanent mate their whole lives. Mares
are not required to have mates at all
though.
