Why do I feel so embarrassed? Beldig split was with Danger and started padding back to the camp. A quick flash of fur dashed in the corner of his eye. Turning on a dime, Beldig turned around and jumped. Soon, a limp squirrel hung from his jaws. Mia will be proud! But still, I hope Danger and History still know I wouldn't betray the pack. "Oof." Beldig dropped the squirrel on top of History. "What are you doing out here?" He asked, picking up the squirrel. "Nothing, just going to the restroom." The puppy replied then quickly waddled away. Beldig shrugged and kept walking towards the camp.

The smell of squirrel lifted into Mia's nostrils. I have to let the pack eat first. I've never been so hungry though... why is my stomach tearing at my sides? Mia then threw up on the floor in front of her. I am not this weak... I must clean this up before Danger, History, and Beldig come back. Taking an unknown human object, Mia scooped it up and threw it out the window. Taking laps of water, Mia covered the spot in rainwater smell. Shaking her coat in sadness, Mia gently jumped downstairs.

Lona wakes up to hear faint snores from her friends. Why did she wake up? Realizing that she was hungry, she sighs and gets up, waking the others except Valentine. "Let's go hunting." Lona says in a whisper, trying to not wake up Valentine.

Koda nods. "It feels like we haven't ate in weeks." He gives a weak grin. "Let's go."

Winter grins. "Yea I'm hungry, and I'm sure Valentine will be fine alone. She's In a safe place."

I listened to the padding of paws next to me. I swiveled my head back in forth, my gaze going from my mate to my pup. Slobber dripped from my lips to my chest, making it look like I had a white-tipped chest. Steam rose from my nostrils from the chilling air. Chilly, my pup, came to a halt. I looked down at the ground. Fur. Sniffing it, I realized that the fur didn't belong to a Pack-dog, but a loner. A pack of loners, though. No loners but my mate and pup are allowed in this forest! I let a deep growl rumble from my throat. Shaking my spiked collar, I felt blood start to rush through my ears. I followed the scent-trail back to the forest to a small, shabby abandoned building. I flicked my ear, silently telling Dutch to stand guard.

My mother, Spike, padded to my side grinning evilly. "Oh little puppy~" I cooed softly to wake her up.
