- ➵ SEBASTIAN
- xxxxxxxxxx» seb | alpha | crush; drew | tags; drew

- Sebastian lowered his soft pink nose to the forest floor, his attention momentarily pulled away from his silver companion, still perched up on the log, as he shuffled his round white paws against the moist earth, stumpy tail wagging ever so slightly as he took in the scents on the other side of the pack border. When Drew launched herself off the top of the log, tearing off into uncharted territory with a soft bark back to him, Sebastian jerked his head up, bounding after her just as quickly. His long legs navigated the unfamiliar side of the forest, bouncing over low brushes and leaving clear prints in the soft, crumbly earth where grass failed to grow. Sebastian put on the breaks at the last moment, sliding to a stop just behind the silver fae as he noticed she'd halted, perhaps to wait for him, however when she spoke, her tone low and serious, the ghostly white Doberman wiped the grin from his maw and sat down with his icy gaze glued to her face. Was something wrong? What had happened? His face was an emotionless mask for a good long while after she finished speaking, his brain working behind those blue eyes. He sat like a statue, staring at Drew but not making eye contact. Of course, it wasn't hard to realize what she meant, and for the first time Sebastian had been smacked right in the face with the reality of, well, emotions. He generally kept everything bottled up like this, facing the world with empty eyes, so it was no surprise to see him reverting to such a state now, after such a confession. He'd never rose up to face any emotions or deep thoughts, because if he did they would surely overwhelm him, he did not deal with such things well. It was safer for him to suppress everything and throw himself into working, working for the pack. But now, he had no choice. Thoughts he had not allowed himself to think and emotions he refused to acknowledge came rushing up the the surface, threatening to burst and drown him under a wave of years worth of bottled up anger and desperation and confusion. Despite this, Sebastian had always been a dog who knew what he wanted, and went after it. He didn't want to be with his owner anymore, so he left her. He wanted to lead this pack, so he seized control, and when it finally surfaced in the back of his mind, he knew he wanted Drew. So he moved forward, slowly, as if time had been slowed to nearly a stand-still, lowering his head and slinking closer to the silver fae, much in the way an omega would approach an alpha, but instead of rolling over at her paws to show his submission he pressed his soft white muzzle against the space between her neck and shoulder, a soft, barely amiable whine escaping from his maw as Sebastian let out a warm breath against her chest, one he hadn't realized he'd been holding.

- Four long, thin legs stretched up into the air, black paw pads brushing against the roof of his den and raining bits of damp earth down onto his snowy belly. Sohta's wide muzzle opened in a large yawn, pink tongue curling out before the spunky Dalmatian finally rolled onto his side, and finally, rose to his paws to remove himself from the hovel in the earth. He was greeted with a familiar sight; the packs camp, a large, open, grassy expanse set in the center of a dense forest just a few miles outside of the city they had all come from. All the dogs shared camp, obviously, but where they slept was divided into sections; the 'important dogs', the alphas and betas and lead ranks all sleep in the north most part of camp, their dens tucked just against the tree line where the oval-shaped clearing curved, while the hunters and subordinates such as himself all slept near the west side of camp, and the warriors on the south. Omegas and youngbloods on the other hand, well they seemed to be all scattered about with no rhyme or rhythm. Soh's long, whip-like white tail wagged slowly behind him, pink tongue lolling out of his mouth happily, wondering what today would bring.

- Whisky let out a heavy sigh, pink tongue hanging out of his dark jaws as he padded quite contentedly through the forest, plush, bushy tail swaying slowly from side to side, brushing against his hind legs as two warm, glittering brown eyes investigated each little particle floating in the suns' rays as he passed. The fluffy brute had been out for a morning walk, patrolling the borders, really just looking for an excuse to slip pout into the forest for a few hours, but had decided it was time to return home after delaying it for as long as possible. Sometimes he just needed to escape, to run off into the depths of the forest be alone with his thoughts. This morning had been one of those times, but he knew he couldn't stay away all day, he would be needed for something, and if not the alpha surely wouldn't appreciate him staying away in case of those 'what ifs' he was always fretting over. Whisky had been Sebastian's closest friend for the last two and half years, but that wouldn't spare him from the white Doberman's fury if he skipped out on his duties.

- Garrett let out a quiet, amused scoff at Oli's remark, a grin spreading over his muzzle as he cast his dark gaze to the spot where Sebastian had sat just minutes before, though he seemed to be gone now. The young Malinois turned back to the pretty long-haired collie, cocking his head to one side, large triangular ears standing alert atop his dark head as she spoke, a light grin plastered on her face as she did so. Rett huffed, straitening out his head and sitting up straighter, squaring his shoulders with a sly, mischievous grin. "I'd be lying if I said I didn't." Was all he said; his voice a light, teasing quip.
- ➵ VEGAS

- Vegas' dark upper lip curled up to reveal sharp, yellow-stained teeth as a gravelly growl came rumbling out of her muscular chest. This was not a friendly dog; despite having made heaps of progress since coming here, but she still didn't tolerate others in her personal space unless it was someone she really cared for. And she did not really care for Alice. The little black and white creature was a fraction of her size, and clingly and too sweet and she babbled when she got nervous. She was always nervous. Vegas hated the energy she put off, which explained why the Ovcharka swung her broad head to the side and snapped near the younger dogs' ears, pink tongue curling against her canines as the growl that had formed in her chest grew louder still. Finally the anxious little fae skittered off, leaving Vegas to her fester by herself. Finally the large fluffy female sat back down, let out a snort and fixing her dark brown eyes back on the calm forest around her. It was no wonder Vegas had few friends in the pack, but she had not been raised to no any better- she had been raised to attack anything on sight, unless it was her brothers or master, and even they couldn't control her very well. Perhaps eventually she would get to a point where the others didn't bother her, but that would take time and patience and some stubborn fool to pester her until she decided she didn't mind the company any longer.

- Poet lowered her lanky, agile body back onto her haunches, letting out a soft huff as drops of cold, clear water splattered against her plush brown and white pelt. She twitched one ear, his response bringing a slightly amused huff from her, though not because she thought the comment funny, but rather because it reminded her of her sister. The female had passed away almost a year and a half ago now, but she had always been a huge flirt. Had she been here to hear what he'd said, she would have jumped all over it. Oh? You just need someone to keep you warm, then, darling. Poet couldn't help but imagine the response Sparrow would have come up with. A faint touch of a smile playing against her face, Poet let her rich mocha eyes meet Tyrian's. "Oh, I've been well, I suppose. It's just been a bit... dull lately." She responded lightly, curling her tail against one soft hip.
- ➵ ALICE

- Alice watched as Summer turned and padded back towards camp, but decided she needed a few minutes after the morning she'd just had. She didn't care if she got in trouble, caught alone out here, especially since she couldn't protect herself whatsoever should something come up. The little black and white female lowered her ears against her head, shuffling her paws in the dirt and looking down at the spot Summer had told her the old healer now rested. She couldn't say how long she sat there, just thinking, and when a voice sounded close to her side Alice jumped, springing to her feet in surprise and swinging her body around to face the intruder... To find Rasco. The little border collie instantly calmed, but looked away from him, her amber eyes studying the ground at his feet, slightly embarrassed of her reaction. "Oh, hi, Rasco." She murmured gently, sitting back down with her plush tail curled against one side.
- ➵ SUKI
- xxxxxxxxxx» suki | subordinate | no mate/crush | tags; lyall, ellie
- _____________________________
- Suki turned her icy gaze to her pack mate, flicking one fluffy triangular ear and nodding in agreement with her words. The golden fae looked over to Lyall one last time, this time making direct eye contact without flinching away from him before she turned and padded after the younger female. Suki had generally always liked Ellie- she was friendly enough, but the two had never spoken much. Suki didn't really speak to anyone much, she kind of just went off and did her own thing, and if someone approached her that was fine, but she rarely initiated any conversations. Many of the pack dogs barely knew her name because of this, but she didn't mind.
