Lupus

The large grey male was walking through the snowy forest. He didn't have anything to do so he decided to go for a walk in the forest and check the borders as well. He soon caught the scent of a loner inside pack boundaries and he followed it loners always have to be trespassing.. he thought and he grumbled. He saw her, a brown female just trotting along like she was in safe territory. He curled his lip and stepped out of the thick undergrowth that was hiding him, "Hey, what are you doing here?" He questioned, his voice turning slightly into a growl at the end. He walked forwards and circled the loner, a menacing growl was rumbling deep in his throat and his teeth were bared.

Bonnie had just started on the trail of a rabbit when a strange wolf appeared. She jumped a little in surprise. Wonderful, she thought sarcastically.

Shrinking back, she stood in silence as the pack wolf circled her. "Oh, I'm sorry..." she whined, tucking her tail to show that she did not mean any harm. "I didn't even notice I was on your land." She flicked her ears lightly. "I, um, I guess you wouldn't mind if I grabbed a bite to eat while I'm here, right?" Her hackles prickled with fear, but she did her best to remain outwardly calm.

Lupus

"I'm afraid I can't let you eat any prey on pack land.. If you want food you'll have to search outside pack territory." He said dismissively. His hackled has lifted and his muscles were braced to defend himself if she attacked. He didn't know if this loner would fight him.. He wouldn't attack first unless she didn't leave, then he would have to make her leave. Though, at this point she just looked scared and hungry, Lupus pushed away any pity he felt and held his ground. He couldn't feel sorry for any loners, it would make the pack seem weak then, more and more loners would come into pack territory and think they could do whatever they pleased.

Janai/Aurora/(?)Shadow are about to hunt a deer, and Hunter has just joined the Night Pack. Kallen convinced Century t come to tonight's rebel meeting, but as they were crossing the river so he could show her where they were meeting, the ice broke and Century fell in. The Pheonix showed up and saved Century and Kallen managed to get out of the river safely. Now they're heading back to camp to report to their Alpha. That's what's going on with my characters - I don't know about anyone else's. ]]

Kallen felt strangely shrunken and diminished as Pheonix spoke, feeling as though every step closer to camp took him a step closer to more anguish. Feeling heavy, he slowly fell behind in step with Century. He didn't want to meet her gaze and see the scorn in her face, but he knew that he had yo converse with her secretly before they encountered Hawk. "I- I'm sorry," He began. His voice was hesitant and quiet, not to mention strangely heavy. "I shouldn't've - you know." He paused a moment, wondering whether to get straight to it or not before he made up his mind. Better to get straight to it... "Are we sticking with our story about going for a walk? When we talk to Hawk?" His tone was dull and glum.

Century stopped and looked Kellan in the eyes "Kellan, I'm not mad at you" she said truthfully. "And yes we should stick with the story. But you should tell him because I'm not very good at lying" she said nervously

Kellan felt lighter at her first words. She's not angry with me. His brain seemed to have trouble registering this, but he hadn't finished absorbing the wonderful truth when she spoke again - Kellan had almost completely forgotten about Hawk for the moment. "Alright," He murmured quietly, raising his head. "I'll... Do that."

"Oh, come on, now," Bonnie laughed nervously. She took a few steps back. Even if she hadn't been underfed, she was slight, little she-wolf. It was obvious who would win if this wolf decided to fight her. Bonnie knew this, but she was feeling adventurous today and her hunger was making her even more desperate. "So, you're part of a pack?" she asked, pretending to be curious. "Successful, aren't you? I happen to be from one of my own. Lot's of nice, peaceful wolves in mine." Keeping her tail tucked, she started to scoot herself further away from him.
