Kellan still didn't look up, but he heard Pheonix's question and Century's stammered answer as clear as day. He, too, began to worry about this [Will Pheonix be angry with me for inviting Century to join us?] and he slowly raised his head to look at Pheonix's carefully controlled face. "And we spotted a rabbit running across the river," He added. His voice trembled the slightest but he was slowly regaining control of his tone and body, despite the shame and fear burning within him. Hawk is going to murder us if he finds out... Pheonix is going to be so angry... Why did I even do that?

Bonnie meandered through the wood with uncharacteristic ill grace. Her side hurt where she had been kicked by an elk yesterday. Studying the pattern of clouds on the sky, she tried to forget about how hungry she was. Normally Bonnie could catch just enough food to get by, but hunting had been hard for her lately. You've just been distracted, she told herself. She let out a frustrated huff and paused to watch her misty breath hang in the sharp air. She then returned her nose to the ground, searching for the scent of anything to eat.

She was so caught up in her hunt that she didn't think to check to see if she was on a pack's territory, or even if other wolves were around. Then again, Bonnie was never one to be cautious of such things. She would handle those issues as they came about. No use worrying when you could be hunting instead! She raised her head and continued with a jauntier gait.

Lupus

The large grey male was walking through the snowy forest. He didn't have anything to do so he decided to go for a walk in the forest and check the borders as well. He soon caught the scent of a loner inside pack boundaries and he followed it loners always have to be trespassing.. he thought and he grumbled. He saw her, a brown female just trotting along like she was in safe territory. He curled his lip and stepped out of the thick undergrowth that was hiding him, "Hey, what are you doing here?" He questioned, his voice turning slightly into a growl at the end. He walked forwards and circled the loner, a menacing growl was rumbling deep in his throat and his teeth were bared.

Janai nodded "I think we can take it down..it shouldn't be to hard right?" I Asked nervously "Maybe we should ask one more wolf to help us" I say with a nod.

Hunter nodded "I sure do hope more pups come here..I'm gonna be lonely here for awhile" I mumble to the alpha.

he padded over to Kellan and used his body position to hide him whispering to Kellan. "For a moment i thought you were going to ask her to join us. Pity you didnt. She looks strong." he glanced at Century before moving so he was in full view again. "Good job by the way." he said, approvingly. His compliments were rare, so he hoped Kellan kept that in mind.

Hawk blinked down at the young pup. "You'll get through it," he assured the young pup, while his mind slowly wandered away from Hunter... Oh, wait! "There is another pup," He added, just now remembering. "Kiera." The alpha gave Hawk another fleeting smile before slowly starting to turn around. I hope he'll be alright...

Aurora gave Janai a fleeting nod, staring out at the deer. "Where's Shadow, then?" She asked - this time, her voice had the slightest edge to it. She wanted to call him without scaring the deer away, but wasn't sure how to go about that.

Instead of lessening his shame, Pheonix's words multiplied Kellan's guilt by ten. He felt hot and extremely uncomfortable,, and decided that a change of topic would be the quickest way out of this uncomfortable situation. "Well... Thanks, Pheonix." He said awkwardly, dipping his head slightly. He knew that he would need to talk to Century alone in a few moments, but he didn't seem to find the courage to ask her - she was probably really angry with him.

Bonnie had just started on the trail of a rabbit when a strange wolf appeared. She jumped a little in surprise. Wonderful, she thought sarcastically.

Shrinking back, she stood in silence as the pack wolf circled her. "Oh, I'm sorry..." she whined, tucking her tail to show that she did not mean any harm. "I didn't even notice I was on your land." She flicked her ears lightly. "I, um, I guess you wouldn't mind if I grabbed a bite to eat while I'm here, right?" Her hackles prickled with fear, but she did her best to remain outwardly calm.

Century watched Pheonix speak to Kellan, she looked at them worridly. does Pheonix know about the rebellion? She thought nervously. After a few seconds she padded over to the two walking submissibely. She didn't know what to say to Kellan she just hoped he didn't think she was mad at him. Yeah he had almost gotten them killed but that wasn't his fault, she should had just said no.

he bent his head to the crack in the ice and lapped at the icy water for a few moments, before swiping his tongue around his maw, getting gall the water droplets off. He stretched before looking over his shoulder at them. "No use going after it now. You're both soaked, and need to get warmed up." he began padding across the ice ahead of them towards camp, before calling out. "Come on slowpokes." he growled low in his throat. "Hawk will need a report." secretly, he didn't like Hawk, mainly because of the ranking system.
