Tess scrambled to patch up Augie's wounds."That bear really got her.."She mumbled. Finally she sat back satisfied with the job she did on Augie.. "Now all we have to do is wait." She nudged the water cup..log...thing toward him and set some new herbs in front of his nose.

Augie eye lids slowly went up. "Mommy, mommy!" He yelled and cried.

September came over and cried tears of joy. "I'm right here Augie" she said curling up with him.

Ash heard augie and picked up her pups and running out to him
'Augie' She whispered before remembering what happened and backing back towards her den

September stared in her pups eyes. "It okay Augie, you did the right thing, you saved Ash, you are a really brave little wolf." She said still sobbing rocking her pup who was getting to heavy for this.

Augie looked at his mom. "Where..... Ash..... Dead?" He said taking deep breathes.

Ash sighed and left her puppies and some milk and a note that said Dusky, I am a failer, all I can do is bring pain and depression, take care of the pups...

Augie gets up and yells, "ASH!!" He yelled as loud as he can. He fell and cried solfly.

September whispers to Augie she is in her den. You stay here" she said to her pup.
