The medic bolted running up to his two alphas. "What happened?!" He asked swishing his tail as he nudged lightnings side. Sitting down as he watched the other male narrowing his eyes as he awaited a breath that was not to come. He sighed lowering his head flicking his ears around.

Brute-Three-Fighter

Mist twitched his ears as he looked around, thinking for a few seconds 'I wounder' the male said swishing his tail as he let out a laugh. He was looking for a female to woo, it had been a long time since he had been in a relationship, his lat one ended in disaster and he wanted a new relationship. His nose twitched as he looked around his pack softly.

Female-Three-Expecting Mother

Golden twitched her ears softly as she lay in the cave with Magic and the other female Mira and the pup beetle. She shook her head as she curled her tail around magics small body, "Where do you think all the wolves are?" golden asked softly looking at Mira. Swishing her tail as she licked magics small body.

Female-Almost a year-Pup

Magic whined in her sleep as she opened her eyes groggily.Shaking her small body as she sighed letting out a yawn as she looked around.

The young fae faltered as she looked down at Lightning, his face pale. He's dying... Arrow shivered as she watched the brute look up one last time, his eyes weak as he took in the stars above. She could see his life slowly begin to slip away, falling into a tender, beautiful sleep. Arrow felt a sickening feeling rise within her stomach as she reached down and gently nuzzled the dead wolf, cold and stiff.
She had always looked up to him for encouragement and reassurance. He was the reason she was Beta, and she would never forget that.
Arrow breathed into Lightenings damp fur, letting him go. She blinked sadly, standing back up and looking over to Thunder. "It was his time..." She nodded grimly, feeling a lump catch in her throat as she thought of the pack.
Flurry would become the next Alfa male...and with such harsh circumstances and without the safety of a home, would he be able to handle it? ... Would she be able to handle it? Arrow sucked in another sharp breath, suddenly feeling so much weight on her shoulders.

Arrow shook her head, clearing her thoughts and glancing up at the wolves next to her. "We have to notify the rest of the pack." She met Smoke's and Dagger's eyes. She could feel their sadness pummel through her, but there was nothing they could do. Nodding at Thunder, the young fae set out on a steady trot torwards the rest of the pack.

"Lightning is dead!'' Thunder announced. "Flurry is the new alpha male. Will you be the next Beta, Dagger?" Thunder asked softly. She had looked happy at the thought of Flurry being the alpha male.
