Sage

Sage looked admiringly down at her best friend's newborn pups. Suddenly she felt herself being pushed out. "No! No! Stop!" She barked. She growled and nipped his foreleg. "Let me back in! I'm not a visitor!" She cried, trying to push past the large brute. She managed to get her head past his large build. "Eclipse!" She wailed. She really wanted to get in. She had helped deliver pups before and she could do it again.

Eclipse

She looked over at Danny as he set four hares right inside her den. "Thank you." She murmured. So he does have some sort of kind inside of him. She thought admiringly. She smiled at Sage. "Thank you." Suddenly she was pushed out of the den and it felt roomier again. She could hear Sage spitting words at Jake and she shook her head. Soon the muffled voice came closer and then back inside her den. "Sage, do what Jake tells you. He knows what he's doing. Please." She said. Sage pulled her head back out of then den, annoyed.

Vincent

He worriedly turned to her. "Yeah, you need to rest." He said, struggling to his paws. "Do you mind if I walk you back to your den?" He asked Yuki softly.

Ebony

"I-I don't think she wants any visitors... I should go.." She said, worry filling her eyes. She uneasily shifted from paw to paw, her ears flat against her head.

"Please stay and its not like we are running in on her, your fine. Once she if done giving birth and rested I want her to meet you." He said looked at her.

yuki
She stopped him, " we both need to rest and I'm fine just sleeping here...." she whispered not wanting him to hurt himself even more.

dark moon
She turned looking at Jake, "thank you Jake." She said smiling softly. Then she turned back to Eclipse worried.

Jake nodded at Eclipse and Dark. He didn't let anything she had done to him bother her. The male kept looking forward and noticed the look on the female's face. She seemed so upset that they wouldn't let her in the den. It was best if they didn't over crowd her in there in the first place. He heard Thunder mentioning wanting to introduce the two. Then his eyes met the moon in the sky. "I'd suggest coming back tomorrow. She'll need the whole night to rest up and what not. ," he told Thunder as he looked over his shoulder back at Eclipse.

Kioni walked into the healer's den, but suddenly stopped at the front of the cave. He cocked his head to the side a little bit confused on who she was. "Who are you?," he asked her curiously. The male pup took a inch or two back from her not wanting to be attacked or anything like that. Kioni wasn't sure how dangerous she was to him at the moment being that she was injured heavily.

Eclipse

Eclipse looked at the last pup that was born. She licked it and it still didn't move. "Come on. Wake up." She said desperately. She licked it again and put her ear to it. All she heard was the never-ending stream of silence. "It's gone..." She said, not believing it. She let out a mournful howl that seemed to fill the whole sky.

Sage

She shivered at Eclipse's howl. "She's gone. That poor pup." She whispered. She howled her grievings as well then bowed her head.

Ebony

Ebony's fur stood on end yet again. Her eyes widened and she backed up. "I should go..." She said quietly.

Vincent

Vincent shivered and laid back down. His fur stood on end at Eclipse's mournful howl. "That's not good." He whispered to Yuki.

thunder
"I know she is going to need time to rest, I've been with mothers giving birth for a while." He said looking at Jake, "I just don't want ebony running off, that's all." He said moving closer to ebony.

Dark moon
She looked at the unmoving pups, "I'm sorry eclipse...." she whispered.

Yuki
"Some of the pups must be dead..." she whipsered her ears laid back. "Poor eclipse..."

Eclipse

She breathed in, her breath coming in shaky gasps. She looked at the two dead pups and started to cry, pushing her nose into their stone cold fur. The other two squirmed at her belly and finally latched on and started to suckle.

Ebony

She pulled herself closer to Thunder's side. "I don't think I'm wanted here.. I should go.." She said nervously.

Vincent

He looked sadly at Yuki. "Poor her." He said, his eyes filled with sadness.

Jake heard a piercing howl come from right behind him. He wanted to flinch so bad because it was right in his ear, but he didn't. The brute had to stay strong for him and Eclipse. He knew how the lost of the pup was painful. "I'm sure you don't. She doesn't seem so comfortable here. I wouldn't make her come here if she felt like that.," he told Thunder wanting him to just give up on trying to see her instantly. She needed time especially since she lost her pup. "Eclipse will not hurt you. She's in mourning. Just give her time.," he told the pair as he looked back at Eclipse. The brute walked in the den or just a moment nuzzling her trying to comfort her from her lost. He felt so bad for her, but there was nothing he could do about it. "I'm sorry Clipse. It's okay.," he whispered to her sighing heavily this time. It was a pain to see her lose a pup. Jake backed up and walked to the front of the den again. He turned his attention back to Thunder and Ebony so they could continue conversation.

She padded over and nudged elcpises face away from the two dead ones. "You have two strong healthy ones, I'll bury the two dead ones with lunar a flowers...." she knew it would be bad for her to get focused on the dead ones.

"I'll go with you then." He nodded to Jake and then turned.

Yuki
"Its hard losing pups....I've never had any of my own...but I have taken care of many..."

Opal winced as Kioni walked into the healers den she struggled to sit up and looked at her son. A tear slid down her cheek, not a fake one a real one she was truly sorry for everything she had done to her family. "I-im so so sorry" she whispered to him sadly.

Kioni tilted his head to the side because he was so confused at was she was talking about. He wasn't aware that he was standing in front of his mother just yet. The pup looked at her letting her know how confused he was. "What are you talking about?," he asked her.
