Moon scented a loner nearby and leaped to her paws, growling immediately. All she could hear was the river, and she glared at him, snarling "Who are you?"

Rio had closed his eyes and taken a deep breath of what he expected to be simply the forest scent, but instead he caught a whiff of the scent of an unfamiliar wolf. He opened his eyes, looking around for the owner of the scent. He spotted a she-wolf, not to far from the boulder on which he sat. Before saying anything, he watched her a moment, to see what she would do.

Moon had left camp, knowing more hunters would come. She heard her howl, but didn't respond, as she was staring (challenging)a large loner.

Midnight yawned waking up from his nap. He stood up shaking his pelt, before heading out to the river. He saw a couple wolves, but he ignored them as he walked to the spot he had found allita.

Midnight didn't realize that Allita was there. He walked into the clearing and saw allita sniffing around. He hesitated before saying quietly "So what have other wolves said about me?" He asked. He sat down, and looked at his paws uncertainly.

Rye turned her head and eyed the male. "I'm Rye-- wait..." she stepped up and cautiously sniffed him. She was suddenly overcome with shock. "Y-you're the... Blue River a-alpha..." she stood there, mouth agape.
